Customer service is AWFUL a worker PURPOSELY messed up my order because she was giving me an attitude over the phone and i returned it she then put BIG chunks of garlic and different peppers on my pizza the pizza smelled very sour, once i came to get my fixed slice the manager gave me very bad attitude was going back and fourth with me told me i told her my order wrong when i have two people that heard me say seasoning and not the actual big pieces of garlic on my pepperoni pizza ans big pieces of peppers and a sour smell. i will never be ordering from Here again since they cannot take accountability and are very unprofessional! I know that it was on purpose because she charged me extra for the pepperoni and not the other toppings once i said this the manager just smiled because he knew what they did she told me she thinks the pepperoni slice is $4.06 before i asked her to put seasoning on it and asked if she was allowed to do that after the phone call i asked her my total she said 4.10… so i was NOT charged for the extra things she put on my Pizza because she knows i didnt ask for that!

Services at Carlos the guy that took my order was fine however the bystander employer that was working there was not nice at all she was rude and refused to help me but as my food that I order was in the oven she took food from someplace behind the register storage whatever is behind there and put it in the oven with my food long story short the food smelled just like vomit and I couldn’t even eat it had to throw the food out I don’t know who that employer lady that’s working there but the owner should remove her from there ASAP I never seen her outside of Carlos pizza so what will be the purpose to play with people food been going there since I moved out here to mastic never had a problem like I did tonight with my food from there like I did tonight my whole car smelled like vomit from that food from there all the way home I had to literally spray my truck just to get the smell out of my truck from just a Pennie chicken sandwich horrible I can just imagine how many others she is doing this to all because of her own inner personal problems / personal it y sad

It's always great when we get a pizza and a dinner once or twice a week. This review is pertaining to a catering order we did for a sweet 16 with about 100 people. I thought the food was great, like always, but almost every single person there had commented how much they enjoyed it. The delivery arrived when promised, and we were allowed to make additions if needed as late as 2 hours prior to arrival. I can't convey how pleased we [and everyone else that was there] was with the food. This is the only place we'll order from from now on. Thank you! In addition to the dishes marked below, we also had the penne a la vodka, chicken Fran, and fettuccine alfredo.
JUST STATING A FACT: I believe the children chatting behind the counter, need to be managed by an adult, who has some interest in this business establishment. Enter for dinner asked if we could be seated in restaurant area, response was yeah sit anywhere you like. After seating ourselves At one of the filthy tables and continuously Making eye contact with the young lady who told us to do so, we sat for ten minutes, while she chatted up with her fellow employees . Never did we have a waiter or waitress address our existence. Can’t rate the food But the service was dismal. This establishment must be losing a copious amount of business, due to the unsupervised children behind the counter. ONCE IS ENOUGH….
