Wow! What an amazing store I can't believe how clean everything is no matter what time of day. The staff is so friendly and polite. The owner definitely pays attention to details. The ice cream always taste fresh including the cakes. Hands down the best carvel on long Island. I will only go to Shirley for my ice cream. Unfortunately I purchased sundae with pineapples, pineapples were stale, I informed employee, which I felt didn't care, therefore they lost a customer, now I buy milk shakes at Charley's located inside Walmart at Yaphank, delicious!!
