We eat here regularly because the food is always delicious. Today, we especially noticed that the management has made some changes. It seems they're now taking more time to keep the place clean and tidy. This makes the experience even more pleasant, in addition to the excellent service we received.

I watched in horror as the cashier handled money and then went straight to prepping orders without washing or changing gloves. I left so fast it should’ve broken the sound barrier. Absolutely nasty—don’t eat here unless you enjoy taking risks with your health.

For some reason at 5:30 pm they’re only taking online orders? They locked the front door and won’t even give people the courtesy of telling them to walk around to the side door, me and my husband had to ask if it was supposed to be locked and we had to tell the woman to go around to the side. This location doesn’t even close until 11pm!!!!! We also weren’t allowed to eat in the Chipotle. What?? Such poor service, the food was good though.

Sad that they wouldn’t start the veterans promotion earlier as by 4 it’s already dark and my elderly grandfather who served for YOUR country has a hard time after dark. Will not be coming back. Do better for those who served for your country and safety.

Haven’t been to chipotle in literally about a year due to my last time being there being a poor experience as well. Rice is half cooked half uncooked causing me to bite down on quite a few hard piece of rice and taste as if someone poured a full pound of salt into the rice. Smh only decent thing about my meat was my daughter’s quesadilla and the chips we got.
