They made a big deal about me getting extra COLD cheese...a BIG DEAL ...it's just cheese. Any other chipotle has no issue giving me another sprinkle of cheese. They didn't want to...and wouldn't try me buy extra shredded cheese. Not quite sure why they are so passionately upset about cheese but.. okay

For what I paid for a barbacoa bowl I would think I'd actually have barbacoa in the bowl and not what I got which was two pieces of meat and all the fixings. That's what I get for not paying attention to them preparing my food. But you will only have that one chance to do that to me. I only eat here when I'm out and about and I don't eat fast food so you're my go to but from here on our I'll wait to get home. Lucky for you I didn't eat until I got to Patchogue from your Shirley location and I did want to go back, but the end result is I'll never be coming back to this location or any other. WY to go Chipotle 😭😔😔😔😔😭😭😭😔

60 something dollars for an ice cold burrito... Ordered a kids meal the chicken is too spicy for my kids and my wife just through the guac and cold queso in the garbage. Do better chipotle or get the hell out of here

This place I'm sorry to say I will never go to again. I got food for my mom, daughter and myself. We got 3 bowls and the meat for my mom's bowl and my daughters bowl was kinda dry. The cheese on my daughter and my bowl was clumped together and very very soggy, and all 3 plates were cold. Since we live in patchogue we didn't feel like driving back over to the place so we decided to throw it out and get something else. It was very disappointing. Maybe it's better when they open and it's fresh but I'll never go again. For my first time there it def made it my last. Next time I'll just go to moes or check out another location.
The people who work there are great, but management must really suck, they’re always missing one thing or the other, then you walk up to the place and they’re closed. What the heck is going on with this place.. But I do need to say, that the people behind the counter are usually very nice.

Adult Friends I was with ordered the Brisket Bowl and the Brisket was hard and tough, rice was dry and hard. Very deceptive quality wise from all the advertisements and promotional material. They also served both of them kids meals and when questioned they were told it is because they did not specify they wanted a meal for "adults." I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was at best edible enough. Some of the chicken was a little hard and tasted burnt or a bit off but thankfully I was served an adult portion without having specially request it. The workers were polite and professional although due to seeing 3 adults and telling 2 of them they had to specifically request "adult" portions I can say without a shadow of a doubt that they absolutely lack any kind of common sense at all. We were all pretty disappointed with the experience and do not plan to ever go back there.
Would also like to clarify that I marked that we only spent $1-10 dollars per person because they were both ridiculously served kids meals.
