Ordered through Uber Eats and was really disappointed. I paid extra for guacamole and queso on both a bowl and a burrito, but neither was included in the order. On top of that, the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than what you get in-store. For the price, it just didn’t feel worth it. Definitely frustrating when you’re expecting a full meal and it arrives missing key (and paid-for) items.
Thankfully uber eats refunded me my money for the extras that were missing.

I dont even know where to start with whats wrong with this location.
-Don't order rice because there's an 80% chance its gonna be rock hard and crunchy.
-Portions are always ridiculously small and asking an employee to try to add a little more to the plate gaurentees you get charged for extra because apparently its YOU'RE fault they dont know how to use a spoon...
- Ordering delivery has left me with a bowl just completely missing the selected protien with a half scoop of rice and guac covering 1/3 of the bowl.
I give up trying to order at Moes from temu...

Counter where they make your food is extremely dirty, and has food all over it. Chipotle Honey Chicken made me sick, throwing up etc.
Ordered on app, which I’ll never do again. Because you need to make sure these people actually give you SCOOPS of food 🤦🏻♂️ …I paid for double meat with 2 meals, and got home to open bowl to see 1/3 of it NOT FILLED! I asked for DOUBLE chicken! Barely even ONE serving. 🤦🏻♂️ And it was over $40…. Seeeee ya! Going to Riverhead from now on.
