This place is always a let down. They start cleaning up 3 hours early? No doughnuts ever in stock. Hot chocolate id always wattery. No one greats you, very unprofessional. I'm done with dunkin doughnuts. Always stressful and a waste of time going to one. Over priced as well. And to top it off, the doughnuts where out in the open and they where sweeping. Hope there's no sand on my doughnuts! We will fund out...

What a terrible customer service!! I waited over 20 minutes to for someone in the drive thru to take my order and another 10 to get my large ice coffee. Plussss they have an attitude.

I went to the drive-through and ordered a medium carmel ice latte. I was given a medium original coffee with carmel, so disappointed, and I said it twice to the person that I ordered from what I wanted.

On 3 separate occasions, they have served me black iced coffee instead of black cold brew. Today was the last time I make the mistake of coming to this location. Maybe they think people can't tell the difference, but I definitely can.

The mistakes with orders are frequent. The food is decent, not great, The coffee is good. And unfortunately, they always forget to give you napkins. We need napkins because we prefer not to wipe our faces on our sleeves.
Dounts don't seem fresh after 500 pm. Something is being lost here.Or maybe it was just bad timing.
