Normally wouldn’t go out of my way to review a dunkin donuts but this one deserves it. I’m a sales rep, who travels throughout my suffolk county territory and always stop at this one on my way back on the LIE/ Sunrise when i’m in the area. I visit a lot of dunkin’s but this one in particular is usually well stocked, always clean - especially the bathroom, good baristas, and really nice people working there. A lot of dunkin’s have some of these quality’s, but not as consistent as this one. I don’t know the guys name but whoever worked on tuesday 5/20 afternoon is always super nice and makes great drinks. Keep it up guys.

The older lady with black hair is so rude, I’ve worked in food for years I have never inturuoted an order to be nosey? Then be on my phone while a customer is ordering? Was standing waiting for a receipt instead she’s counting money? Then threw it out without even asking if I wanted it? I’m so confused on the entire encounter.

Very nice people who work there. Very helpful, and cheerful which helps to make it a Great atmosphere. It was very nice and clean and comfortable. And of course the best of coffee😀

Some of the staff have really nasty attitudes. Also closes earlier than listed outside store. They close at 10 pm but doors already locked by 945pm. Do better.
