Normally wouldn’t go out of my way to review a dunkin donuts but this one deserves it. I’m a sales rep, who travels throughout my suffolk county territory and always stop at this one on my way back on the LIE/ Sunrise when i’m in the area. I visit a lot of dunkin’s but this one in particular is usually well stocked, always clean - especially the bathroom, good baristas, and really nice people working there. A lot of dunkin’s have some of these quality’s, but not as consistent as this one. I don’t know the guys name but whoever worked on tuesday 5/20 afternoon is always super nice and makes great drinks. Keep it up guys.

The older lady with black hair is so rude, I’ve worked in food for years I have never inturuoted an order to be nosey? Then be on my phone while a customer is ordering? Was standing waiting for a receipt instead she’s counting money? Then threw it out without even asking if I wanted it? I’m so confused on the entire encounter.

Some of the staff have really nasty attitudes. Also closes earlier than listed outside store. They close at 10 pm but doors already locked by 945pm. Do better.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Dunkin' Donuts due to the exceptionally rude behavior of one of your employees. His lack of politeness was shocking, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope you will address this issue with your staff to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.

I don’t appreciate the customer service that was given to me for My morning visit I usually don’t come to this location so I wanted to give it a try My matcha tasted like more millk and barley matcha so I asked the lady if she could put one more scoop and I’ll pay for the extra charge. She said she put another scoop and it still tastes the same. While there was another lady looking at me saying stuff . I won’t be coming back
