Just overall the value to what you're getting for the price and quality doesnt really beat a lot of small biusness I've been to. Staff is very nice but it's not the same. Definitely excellent for fast food though but there are plenty of small family owned burger joints that are a better experience ive been to recently that makes me set a high standard for a biusness after trying.
I'll give it 5 stars as far as fast food goes but compared to some of the small burger shops I've been to including a bar that I got a half pound burger with fries for $13 it's not gonna match that

Have to say the manager sorry don’t recall her name. But my order was taken by another customer the manager came over apologized remade the order asked if there was anything she can do offered drinks etc I said thank you but no worries I appreciate the honesty. She made it right did what she had to do her and her staff was AWESOME. She even went the extra mile and gave me a gift card for next purchase. I thank you again merry Christmas great customer service and the food was good thank you again again

The workers there were pretty friendly. The only problems really were that burger was too messy and overpriced. The fries and drinks were good tho. Plus, I got complementary peanuts which were also pretty nice. 7.5/10. Would not be in a rush to come back here, but would if I had to.

This Five Guys location rocks! The staff are super nice, and they all work hard to bring you yummy, fresh, and delicious food. I love that you can watch them make your order right in front of you, and no matter what size fry you get, you’ll receive a generous dump of extras right into your bag. I’ve stopped ordering tomato and lettuce on sandwiches at all but nice sit-down restaurants because they’re inevitable thin, pale ghosts of what may have once been fresh produce; this location always gives me beautiful, bright red and juicy tomatoes on my grilled cheese, with crispy lettuce to match. I throw some fries and ketchup on that bad boy and mmm…heaven! Their orange cream soda is fabulous, too! If you have more than a 10-minute drive home, eat inside—Five Guys is best enjoyed fresh (but their fries do very well re-heated in an air fryer). The inside is very clean, and while it’s nothing fancy, it’s perfectly serviceable. Love love love this location and love that veggie options are included so I can scratch my fast food itch beyond an impossible whopper.

The burgers and fries were VERY good, but the place seemed like they're not set up for online orders. I ordered online and went to pick it up so I wouldn't have to wait a long time at the store. But the order was NOT READY when I arrived 20 min later to pick it up, and I still had to wait a long time. The place wasn't busy. They had only one other customer when I got there, so there's no good reason why I'd have to wait another 15-20 min for them to make our food! It was only 2 burgers and fries and they were very tasty!

Waited 30 minutes for a single burger when the restaurant was empty they would rather crank out like 10 pickup orders then cook the one for the person actually in the restaurant

Very low standards behind the counter . The floor is covered with food and wrappers in there work stations . Employees step on the food and then kick every thing under their workstations.. spent $16 for two large fries and received 3/4 full undercooked with grease dripping off of it. And they didn’t put their famous scoop of extra fries at the bottom of the bag as well . Huge waste of time and money. Shame to the 6:30 pm crew
