One star because I'm an Uber eats driver and this is the ONLY food business in Shirley mastic area that takes soo long to prepare the food.they have to understand that an online order is as important as a walk in order.they just dont care and it shows.as an Uber eats driver imagine if you have to wait 10 to 20 minutes at every food business until they give you the food.its impossible.we live in 2025 Uber eats is an actual job not a side gig.show some respect
Derrick is as amazing.!!!! I never had such an incredible sandwich like I did tn he was so patient and caring I can’t wait to return this was my first time at this location and I’m so happy!!!!! Also entire staff were great as well very funny and out going
Went there orders 6 sandwiches went to the bathroom and came home there was only 5 sandwiches, they were all made wrong and when I called back the manger “Mel” was disgustingly rude the second I got on the phone with her telling me I was in the wrong for not watching them make my sandwiches. Who says that. So unprofessional and she should be fired. I work in customer service and something Mel should’ve been trained is that the customer is always right!!! Terrible customer service and I’ll never come here an again.
Killing the game, subway shops watch out, freshly sliced cold cuts, New sandwich options, great rewards system, friendly staff. Jersey Mike's has been expanding at break neck speeds and it's no surprise.
First time going to this location, 01-24-2025 at 12:00. The service here was great compared to other jersey mikes . They were very fast and the food was fantastic. Will definitely be back if I’m in the area.
Just happen to see the sign when I'm in Greenville NC I'm always at Jersey Mike. I asked the young man when did they open he told, I said thank you I'm not from around here i live farther east Bhampton but you have a new customer. Only thing I wish they have curb side service for the handicap
Really slow
Ordered a sub giant. Toasted bread and it came raw. So it was a mushy mess when I went to eat it 30 min later. I asked for Toasted bread DARK so it wouldn't be a mess. Contacted customer service and they said it's a store issue. Store need need to rectify this.
The tuna sandwich was really good
Updated review from 7 months ago, the food is good the workers are polite but if you order something with bacon make sure you get the bacon they don't put it on unless you tell them to I don't understand that if it's part of the order the owner needs to advise them to Simply put it on, got home twice with it missing

Weekly customer. 50% of the time order is missing items or just completely incorrect. They have about 2 employees in the whole store who actually know what they are doing while the rest of the employees look around dazed and confused. Unlikely to continue ordering here after today's mishap of ordering online and then waiting in the store 20 minutes while customers who walk in 10 minutes after me are served before I get my order. The worst part is getting home and seeing the order I recieved was missing multiple ingredients.

The employees at the Shirley Jersey Mike’s were all very nice and helpful. I had never been to one before so I didn’t know what to expect. Wow! Fresh cut cold cuts like at a deli. They literally cut them in front of you on a slicer. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes and a huge roll. This is a really happy surprise and I will absolutely be going back! Highly recommended!!
