Weekly customer. 50% of the time order is missing items or just completely incorrect. They have about 2 employees in the whole store who actually know what they are doing while the rest of the employees look around dazed and confused. Unlikely to continue ordering here after today's mishap of ordering online and then waiting in the store 20 minutes while customers who walk in 10 minutes after me are served before I get my order. The worst part is getting home and seeing the order I recieved was missing multiple ingredients.

The employees at the Shirley Jersey Mike’s were all very nice and helpful. I had never been to one before so I didn’t know what to expect. Wow! Fresh cut cold cuts like at a deli. They literally cut them in front of you on a slicer. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes and a huge roll. This is a really happy surprise and I will absolutely be going back! Highly recommended!!

Asked for bacon on a 13 and they charged me for it but no bacon on the sandwich… he told the guy ringing me up 4 times to add bacon but then never added it……………..

Recently ordered a hero and asked for extra meat. I watched it being made,got 2 slices of extra meat, and was charged almost $2 for it. That's ridiculous. They use to NOT charge for it at all if you asked for a couple of extra slices. I hope they don't get like Subway is because Subway has lots of bad reviews. I will update this comment if they correct this cheapness.

I went into Shirley's, Jersey Mike's on opening day and have been a loyal customer ever since.I rarely post reviews. However, today I felt a huge need to correct a cruel review, that I just saw, writen by "thegeneralspecific". I also have dealt with "the black woman with the red hair" (that is a manager there). Her name is "T". She is a great employee and is an asset to the company. She is always smiling, kind and considerate. The atmosphere is always wonderful when she is there. There is NO WAY that she would ever say that she hates white people. Why? Because I AM WHITE and she only been sweet and nice to me. Whenever I go in there, I am always treated like family. T has become someone that I respect and look forward to seeing when I go to get my meals.I really hope that upper management realizes what a gem they have in an employee like "T".As for "thegeneralspecific", ALL of your reviews seem to have one thing in common. All negative!! You don't have any nice thing to say about ANYONE.Keep up the great work "T". You know I'll be back. ?

I wanted to give this place another chance after a few months since my last disappointing visit, but once again, it fell short. This chain store, much like Subway, is inconsistent - today happened to be one of those misses. The food was decent, but the service remained slow despite the scarce customers. As usual, the prices were unchangingly high. However, the atmosphere, beyond their control, deserves a 4/5, especially considering this store's location in Shirley. The staff are nice.

Parking: There are 2 parking lots to park, so there is plenty of room.
