2nd time going and I will never return again. The 1st time my boyfriend and I ordered from Jersey Mike's was during the summer of 2025. The price was acceptable and the sandwiches were made very well that they were delicious. Tonight my family went back and we will never return. I feel I was over charged. Worker refused to give me a receipt. I couldn't argue anymore and walked out with my sandwiches. The sandwiches were made poorly. After eating the sandwiches my family and I became very, very sick. Throwing up and diarrhea. The workers were very nasty the moment I smiled and said hi. The attitudes that we were given. One worker in particular was more nasty then the other 2 workers. She made us feel very unwelcome that I was bothering her from ordering, from walking through the door. I felt very rushed out while we were the only customers there. I said to my daughter as we were standing there, we didnt do anything wrong to get this type of attitude. My daughter said I know. They are just very nasty. As though they hate their jobs and it showed. I will never return here from not giving a receipt, to the very unwelcome and nasty attitudes to becoming so very sick after eating the sabdwhich. I would think maybe I was getting sick, but it was my whole family that became very sick after eating the sandwiches. I guess the owner is not realizing that a successful business is customer based. Once the customer experienced what we experienced they lost a customer. In today's time a business remains open from word of mouth and I will never recommend this place. Jersey Mike make better sandwiches and hire better workers if you dont want to close down. Worse experience.

Horrible service. Employees were rude and ignored me. I was the only one in there and it somehow took 25 mins to make my sub. They kept making door dash orders after I ordered and then the sandwich wasn’t what I ordered.

Ordered chicken cheesesteak Chipotle sub to be delivered online, got beef cheese steak...accidents happen I get it, but when they leave the phone off the hook when I try to call and get them to fix for the last 30 min

If there was a negative star rating, it would be getting that my sandwich was completely soggy to the point where I opened it. It's stuck to the paper and fell apart.

Was overcharged, and not asked if I wanted to make a donation, they just assumed and took money. $23.00 worth of food and was charged 29. Won't be going back

Service sucks ,horrible, horrible service and mannerisms then on top of it they don't even change their gloves when making sandwiches and they don't wipe down the counter that is so disgusting . I was so disgusted with going there today in person and seeing exactly how they make the sandwiches I literally had to ask the girl are you not going to change your gloves? are you not going to wipe down the counter? and then she has the nerves to catch an attitude like come on bro do your job. And then ask for a tip no sir not going to happen they really need to retrain their staff.

The people working at this place do not follow the order of the orders and delay all the orders. I waited for 1 hour and still have not received my order. Definitely do not come here again.

One star because I'm an Uber eats driver and this is the ONLY food business in Shirley mastic area that takes soo long to prepare the food.they have to understand that an online order is as important as a walk in order.they just dont care and it shows.as an Uber eats driver imagine if you have to wait 10 to 20 minutes at every food business until they give you the food.its impossible.we live in 2025 Uber eats is an actual job not a side gig.show some respect
Derrick is as amazing.!!!! I never had such an incredible sandwich like I did tn he was so patient and caring I can’t wait to return this was my first time at this location and I’m so happy!!!!! Also entire staff were great as well very funny and out going
Went there orders 6 sandwiches went to the bathroom and came home there was only 5 sandwiches, they were all made wrong and when I called back the manger “Mel” was disgustingly rude the second I got on the phone with her telling me I was in the wrong for not watching them make my sandwiches. Who says that. So unprofessional and she should be fired. I work in customer service and something Mel should’ve been trained is that the customer is always right!!! Terrible customer service and I’ll never come here an again.
Killing the game, subway shops watch out, freshly sliced cold cuts, New sandwich options, great rewards system, friendly staff. Jersey Mike's has been expanding at break neck speeds and it's no surprise.
