The staff there is nasty they eat from the trays grabbing fries with their hands no gloves. They dont clean correctly. They are rude to customers ever more rude to new employees. They make you wait to order at the register while the eat the fries and have personal conversation they take the mac and cheese out of the freezer they thaw it out after it thaws in water they add water to it to water it down even more.

Ordered through the app. Said it would be ready in 15 minutes and it took more than 20. Plus it was not ready when I got there and there were four people behind the counter with only one on the register and nobody helping anybody else. very poor customer service. Especially with the manager standing right there at the register and not helping other customers. The deal-$8 for 2 bowls- and the food were good. But customer service is important.

If I could give this place a ZERO I would! My daughter and I trie both the traditional chicken and tenders with the waffle! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Chicken was old and dry and the waffles tasted awful as if it sat in oil for hours! Not to mention the disrespectful conversation coming through the order microphone. The folks working the drive thru forgot to mute themselves. Went back today for a refund!

Got here albeit close to midnight to pick up 2 orders, they started closing the drive through lights as soon as I pulled in. She said sorry no we're closed, which is fine. Sucks for me but I understand. If this is the case then I would recommend changing the hours listed. Cause when you check online it says they're supposed to be open until 1am. It also says it was updated 3 weeks ago so I would think it would be accurate...

Paid 12 dollars for a small soda 3 tenders frys and a biscuit 5 years ago it was 5 dollars same old shitty tenders just charging more then double now I’ll pay the extra and go to Popeyes because nothing was even good
