We order from here all the time , actually Oriental Kitchen is closer to my home but they dont really put veggies in there fried rice we’re Gin Garden does put the right veggies in your rice and they are very prompt and fair priced..I’d rather pay a little extra and get the right food and service any day. Thank you Gin Garden. Keep up the Good work

I ordered food and was completely disappointed, I ordered a small order of barbecue ribs, 2 of the ribs looked like a rat 🐀 had nibbled on them, I have never seen ribs with meat missing in the center of them like that, and they were also burnt, the crispy chicken had way too much batter on them, the food went right in the trash. As much as the food cost you would think it would be better. I will never eat from this place ever again.

The price and quality of the food served here is unmatched in this area. A must-try if you’re ever spending the day in the Kohl’s shopping center.
1. They messed up my order and both of the cashiers started belittling me in front of the other customers because I told them that I have a wheat allergy. I was very nice to those women, but they went on and on another how I should know their menu better to see what has wheat. They also went on an on about how they would never re-do an order for me again.
If they had messed up my order in any other way, I would have just taken the wrong order, but I am not going to eat something I am allergic to just to appease them. Those women have a very nasty attitude and have no business in public service!
2. Their website is false advertising. The place looks nothing like the fine dining on the website. It is a dirty, nasty little whole in the wall run by very nasty women.
3. The food is horrible!

I just ordered three dinners from Jing Garden and they used to be good but the last two times I ordered the food was horrible and the order was badly messed up. I ordered Pan Fried Wontons and got Deep Fired, I ordered the Hot Sour Soup "Medium" and it was made Volcanic Hot, The Sesame Chicken was dry and hard. The Orange Chicken didn't come with the white rice. Now for the clincher... I called them and they told me to re-order the food and that I could return it and get my money back. Really !!! This was totally unacceptable and its the last time I will order from Jing Garden !!!
