I visited this McDonald’s location around 5:00 AM and was very disappointed with the service. After waiting at the drive-thru speaker with no response, I pulled up to the window where staff were present but made no effort to acknowledge or assist me for roughly 3 mins. The man finally came to address it, while the woman who was in charge of the drive thru ignored me. For a restaurant that advertises 24/7 service, this experience was unprofessional and frustrating. Consistency and attentiveness—especially during overnight hours—are important, and I hope management addresses this issue.

This McDonald’s is delightful. The staff are very friendly, the manager was on top of things, and more than one person came through the dining room and asked if we needed anything. I don’t know that anyone has ever come to my table in a McDonald’s to check on me. I would definitely come back!

Absolutely horrible experience at the McDonald’s in Shirley. First off, the manager clearly woke up and chose attitude instead of professionalism. She acted like basic customer service was beneath her. All I asked for was a split payment, and you’d think I asked her to solve a math equation from NASA. Total confusion behind the counter — nobody knew what they were doing.
The manager? Rude, dismissive, and completely unbothered. If running a fast food joint stresses you out that bad, maybe it’s time to hand over the headset and clock out permanently. This is McDonald’s, not the Pentagon — split payments shouldn’t be rocket science. I’ve seen McFlurries get made faster than they figured out how to ring me up.
Do better, Shirley McDonald’s. Get a manager who knows what “service” means — and maybe one who doesn’t treat customers like an inconvenience.

Yesterday night I went for a Big Mac combo for my daughter and I didn’t want anything for me but I asked for a cup of water and Brandon the cashier said they had to charge me for it. I have a friend who is a manager at another location and he told me they don’t charge. I was upset because I’m a regular customer and they’ve never charged me for TAP water ever. Honestly it was a bad experience at least my daughter enjoyed her Big Mac.
Always busy and kept clean from what I could see. No wonder this place is always so busy.
In my opinion the food is not as good as it used to be unless you have it prepared freshly made but even still it does not taste like it used to
For me my goal too is there fillet or fish sandwich
