I don't understand how you can have my phone number and email, send me text alerts that it's on the way but NOT contact me to tell me you're here?? There are ZERO excuses to explain why I found my food on my porch with no receipt, cold & sitting in the rain. Not only that, but the app AND site are down, so I can't contact anyone directly about my issue. Instead I have to air my dirty dinner laundry on a Google review because you guys can't be bothered to have a proper throughline of communication.Thank GOD I ordered my wings on discount wing Wednesday, or else I'd have paid full price for cold chicken.Unbelievable.

Not much to share. I usually order online and when I go to pick it up, it is always ready and fresh.
Would give negative stars but can't on here made my kid starve because they couldn't follow exact directions of where the food was supposed to be delivered and I guess being totally clear and precise is not common knowledge
Had a great experience. Food was hot and ready like they said it was. Family enjoyed it as well. Good job!

Rude as hell people they are hung up on us for asking a question and lied and told us we would get our food never did lied and said they called us when they didn’t manager was rude too
