would not make me a milkshake a half hour before closing. and as i walked away another customer was made a milkshake at the same time.

First off I would like to state the ice was nasty. The service was horrible. It’s states no refund yet I was charged for a regular ice cream and I said kids size. Which regardless is very expensive. (Mind you that she was writing everything down.) When I told her she charged me extra for something I didn’t order she looked and shrugged it off and said she can’t give a refund. 2nd. The ice cream tasted horrible. It was like eating a bag of frozen sugar syrup. Disgusting. I went to them and stated it to them that I was not happy with the purchase. Instead of saying we can exchange it, the told me I could throw it out. First and last time I purchase from them. I rather go to ALDIs and buy the ice cream and it be way cheaper. If you do purchase beware of them changing your sizes to price you a higher rate.

I’ve been going to Ralph’s for like 15 years now but I recently started buying there acai bowls. I noticed on 2 occasions that the açaí base was like only a tablespoon compared to other competitors. I reached out to the store in Shirley NY to express my concern and the answer I got was that do to inflation that was the amount they use costs are high. Not acceptable. Businesses are short changing customers while still charging the same price. I won’t be going back to Ralph’s.

I was always a fan of Ralph's Ices. The prices are now absolutely absurd . I will not continue purchasing anything from them !!! Drive to Walmart and get a pint for about 2 dollars less than they would charge for the smallest cup.

Love Ralph's but $9 for a pint of flavored water frozen is way out.of control!! Good but, let's face it, it's water !!

I absolutely love the açaí bowls from here I highly recommend this place only if you like attitude with your food I work in food and beverage so I understand but if I pay for something I should get what I paid for they was upset I said no banana and replace it with strawberries basically had strawberries and granola for lunch like they dragged it out lol where is the manger who is the manager and this isn’t the first time every time I go there they act like my order is so difficult I told the counter person I’ll pay extra no problem i just want my food the right way
