How can you not love Ralph's. With all their choices there's something for everyone. But consider just the ices, Large cup please ! Lol 🤤🤤 I can never have enough.

Should fix your staffs attitude especially when someone’s daughter has an allergic reaction, fire the manager that runs this place immediately.

Ices are great, but it says there open until 10:00 and I've gone there on multiple occasions between 9:30-9:40 and there already closed.

I love this place i really do. Hands down best ices around. My issue is whoever closes they close way to early I'm here right now in the lot and it's 9:35p.m. It says they are open until 10p.m. I'm confused as to why they are rushing to close, I have seen them send 6-7 people away because they want to hurry up and close the windows. Change the time if that's the case. Not only are you loosing money, you're loosing customers

would not make me a milkshake a half hour before closing. and as i walked away another customer was made a milkshake at the same time.

First off I would like to state the ice was nasty. The service was horrible. It’s states no refund yet I was charged for a regular ice cream and I said kids size. Which regardless is very expensive. (Mind you that she was writing everything down.) When I told her she charged me extra for something I didn’t order she looked and shrugged it off and said she can’t give a refund. 2nd. The ice cream tasted horrible. It was like eating a bag of frozen sugar syrup. Disgusting. I went to them and stated it to them that I was not happy with the purchase. Instead of saying we can exchange it, the told me I could throw it out. First and last time I purchase from them. I rather go to ALDIs and buy the ice cream and it be way cheaper. If you do purchase beware of them changing your sizes to price you a higher rate.
