The food is good, prob some of the best burgers in fast food - and while I've only used the drive-thru, the staff has been extremely nice every time I've gone.

SMH! I don't know if I should feel the way I feel or if its just coincidental... We ordered a large amount of food, which came out to be pretty pricey. The young boy that did our order was AWESOME!!! Now this is why I rate the service a 1 star. We gave a large bill, WITH EXACT CHANGE so that we didn't get a bunch of nickels, and dimes back from our total. WE ALSO KNEW HOW MUCH WE WERE GETTING BACK. A boy came said " I don't know how much the total is, I think it was like $48.65." He says to us. So I kindly told him its.... whatever the total from the screen, I gave him the bill and the change, to which he said " Let me get your change I will be right back." He came back gave us our change we thanked him and checked our bags.... everything was there. I COUNT OUR MONEY AND WERE MISSING 10$ I thought and said to myself the computer gives these kids a total of amount to give back, you CANT MESS THAT UP. I press the red button and the same AWESOME kid that took our order asked if everything was ok and I told him " Were missing some money from our money back." so he said he would send the kid who gave us our money back, back to our car.... I tell him "Hey were missing money." He then pulls our 2 folded up 5$ bills, and hands them to me and says "sorry about that." And then I thought about it some more, I didn't tell you how much I was missing you just casually pull out 2, 5$ bills of the ten dollars that I'm missing? Idk if the kid who gave us our food expected a tip, which I don't mind doing, and which I have done especially since we order a lot the few times we go there. But I feel like he took tip out of our money and didn't think we would realize. But also check your receipts because I also noticed when I got home that our total on paper was not our total on the screen. Which was 20$ less then what was on the screen. So...... Make of it what you will but I wont be going back because now I don't trust that that was an honest mistake......

First time visiting a Sonic. Ordered a featured burger, fries, pretzel w/cheese and a cookie dough, brownie blast. The burger was decent. Adding their sauce upped the burger's palatabiity. The star here was the pretzel sticks. Warm, a hint of salt paired well with the slightly spicy queso dip. The dessert blast was underwhelming. Cookie dough & brownie bites tasted stale & generic. Their was a decent wait for my food. Customer Service was exceptional.

I gave it the rating that I did because I was not completely satisfied with my order The past couple times I'm going there my food did not taste fresh and the fries were not hot they were more room temperature as far as my experience from Sonic the best thing that I get from there or their slush those are always amazing

I asked for mayonnaise and ketchup with my meal it is registered on the screen but when your meal comes out and it's not in the damn bag and I have hot food my experience is totally ruined because time you actually get it your meals cold

They really stepped up their game, somebody forgot our pickle fries and because we never got them. They came out and walked across two parking lots and gave us a double order for free. Could have been happier with Sonic.

The garlic butter bacon cheese burger was delicious. We liked it so much we came back a week later. We also tried the bacon ranch queso wrap and we enjoyed it though it was a little small. The customer service is amazing and the food came out quickly.

We are on the east side of the Hudson. Why the hell is there mustard on my cheeseburger. Disgusting. It’s not even good mustard. It’s yellow like franks yellow . I am trying my best to eat this crap to not waste my money completely. But this is pretty close to unbearable
Came here for a lunch break from work to try the new smash burger and enjoy the nice day. The food was great! Ordered hot and the carhop peter was perfect as well as the lady who took my order. That’s the only good thing to say. The gentleman Dave hasn’t left the spot he stood in, on his phone, during my whole my whole 15-20 minute visit. Orders going left and right and I see the employees acting more like the manager here. This hasn’t been the first time with the same person in the same location. On other occasions had problems at this location with wrong orders that he refused to help me with as well. Just surprising to still see the same problems like him here and wonder why I never have a good environment to relax on. Food was nice though.

The tall Spanish dude that was at the drive-through got super passive aggressive over me using apple pay, and literally just stared me down. Definitely creepy.
