Bagels are fresh and delicious as always. It was my first time ordering soups. Unfortunately, was able to catch the chicken soup and what was left of it was the chicken and veggies, no chicken brough. The two container leaked into the paper bag and then into my car. Didnt realized that, picked up the bag and the paper bag broke. My entire lentil soup ended up on my driveway. The soup cups were cheap, defective, please check them. There is no way that the two large cups bled through the bottom. Maybe one, stuff happens, but two cups?
I didnt go back. Didnt feel like driving 20 min. Please change your cups. I have the picture of the cup ( bottom seperated from the side) unable to post.

Foods good but how can I taste the food and make a order ahead of time if no one wants to even pick up the phone. It’s always like this. What’s the point of even having a phone?

Let me start by saying that the staff here is AMAZING! All the girls are always so sweet, warm and welcoming. The food being delicious is just the cherry on top because the service is really what attracts my business. I’ve been to many places with good food but if there the service isn’t up to par I will not go. Keep up the great work! Love you ladies 🩵

Friendly servers and clean and cozy
This is my favorite bagel shop but I was disappointed today when I noticed the butter is being mixed with margarine.i can taste the difference.please use regular butter don't try to skimp on the taste of real butter .ty

Great place to grab a belly-bomb. I make sure to stop in every time I'm back home. Definitely a turn-and-burn kind of place though. No time for the pleasantries. Order, pay, get out. Which is understandable considering any time I go in there are a lot of people. Food is great.
