I came into the store yesterday to pick up an order I placed on the app alongside an additional order wirh a coupon. Upon going to pay for the sandwiches with said coupon the manager was very rude telling me that the coupon was not applicable even though no where on the coupon did it say it wouldn’t cover the sandwiches I had them make. The manager yelled at me telling me that I now had to pay for the sandwiches without the coupon and was cursing at me and putting his finger in my face. Mind you the whole time I didn’t yell at him or curse towards him…he was very very disrespectful and should be ashamed of how he treats paying customers… I have worked in customer service for a very long time and not once have I ever treated someone the way he treated me. Honestly if I could give this place zero stars I 1000000% would.

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are very very very stingy with their toppings tried to tell me I have to order a side of veggies if I want more they bearly put anything on their sandwiches. You better off driving to the moriches subway they are a TON better.

Absolutely disgusting!! They do not change their gloves!! touch all the toppings and touch everything else and cross contaminate everything and then go and grab your food after touching all different toppings from the person before you!! This place needs to Clean their act up before they have a class action lawsuit from getting somebody sick!!!

Food is tasty. Ovens need a fixing this last year the subs don't get toasted. They also started accepting coupons this year and I've been able to finally take advantage of b1g1 and 699fl coupons after this being the only location that didn't accept them. They're also super quick to get your order ready for you. Keeps me coming back.

It sucks. Guys working there said that "boss" said coupons only good for basic subs. I left without making a purchase. Will never come back due to poor business practices.

Very bad customer service I go to subway constantly however since staff changes this location does skimpy mobile orders and sets extreme restrictions on coupons far beyond the restrictions written on them they singlehandedly made me averse to subway

There is no way that many of those 5 star reviews are legit. This place is the worst. Gross store and poor customer service. They seem to hate their customers. Heaven forbid you bring a coupon. Stay away. So many better options around.

Love that they're open til 12am thurs-sun! Hidden ?! Only negative, is that they DON'T except any corporation coupons OR are app accessible, but since they're open til midnight, I can't complain
