I would recommend if anyone wants to work there Don't.
As a former employee that was pushed to the breaking point and stood up for myself I was fired for cursing at the temporary store manager in the heat of the moment when she was being disrespectful of a spinal injury I got before working there. I was almost there a year with no issues about my injury as the former store manager that hired me knew about my injury and was willing to work with me, every other manager and co-worker were willing to work with me, but not her. She kept up with singling me out until I snapped, being belittled in-front of customers and co-workers about needing to learn how to do my job and blaming me for small mistakes caused me to start arguing back, but as soon as she became condescending about my injury and mimicking things I couldn't do I fully snapped at her disrespect and cursed at her before choosing to go home before I lost my temper further.
I am normally a polite person with no history of ever snapping at a manager or co-worker, yet because of one word I've been fired while this Manager keeps her job and will continue to yell and humiliate employees in front of customers, she'll blame employees for her mistakes and blame them for any mistake.
When I tried to explain my side to the district manager she completely ignored me and didn't care at all about my side of the story.
It turns out the manager and district manager are friends so its no wonder I got thrown under the bus.
I'm talking about you two Wendy and Iris.
You are turning the store into a dumpster fire.

the worst taco bell on long island. they have "free delivery" which is not through door dash or uber eats the food not only came an hour late and was cold because the delivery person was most likely picking up 6 orders to make money, the order was wrong and my gordita that was taped in my box to signify thats its '"ready" was litterally the inside of a shell broken missing pieces barely anything in it. which when you spend 30$ at taco bell is un-acceptable. if your in the area dont go here, go to medford, patchogue anywhere else.
I was here about six (6) months ago. Tonight, I used the drive-thru and got cold, garbage food at the Shirley location. And, they leave the phone off the hook because they must get too many complaints. The A.I. they're using is useless since it doesn't understand specifics, i.e., "No cheese." Maybe they will close and something decent (Not another fast-food place) will take its place.

The Window dude saved this review I’m not even gonna lie.
The fact that Taco Bell is trying to utilize Ai to take orders is ridiculous and insane. And then for someone to come on the speaker to RUDELY say “it’s an Ai” did not make it any better
The person that came on the speaker barely listened and then when they got frustrated because WE were frustrated they switched it to someone else and that person ultimately still messed up the order.
