I ordered the "$7" deluxe cravings box but my order came to $11.96 somehow??? Worst is they asked me if I wanted a receipt rather than just giving me one... didn't realize the price difference before they asked...
This is one of the busiest Taco bells during the busier times. The line is very often out into the street main road which is also an access road to cut across William Floyd boulevard. I usually only go here when it isn't busy. Other than the traffic and the terrible location, it's a decent Taco Bell.

The fact that Taco Bell is trying to utilize Ai to take orders is ridiculous and insane. And then for someone to come on the speaker to RUDELY say “it’s an Ai” did not make it any better
The person that came on the speaker barely listened and then when they got frustrated because WE were frustrated they switched it to someone else and that person ultimately still messed up the order.
