The service here was horrible , The younger dark haired girl at the register was very rude. I came in to pick up my mobile order and kindly told her my order had been made wrong from there on she had a mean look on her face and a horrible attitude she than proceeded to tell all of her co workers i was the reason my order was wrong even though my receipt was the correct order that they did not make. She had remade my order which i was already iffy about because i don’t want anyone to mess with my food 😅 and i received canned fruit instead of fresh. Won’t be here anymore

This is the number one spot for me the morning shift leader should be a nutritionist with all the great things on the menu she tells me to try !! The store is always clean and customer service is delightful and the location is next to my gym makes it even better thanks team !!

I have been here twice since I been in the area and this is a great location. Their restroom is clean and smells good! I want to shout Lewis for being super friendly and giving me a great recommendation. He was inviting and also professional! Great service.

First and last time visiting this location. The smell inside was pretty unpleasant. The lady making my smoothie was about to make it using one of the previously used blender containers that she ran through some water in the sink quickly, and it still had a bit of that dirty water in it 🤮 it wasn't until I said something that she switched to another clean container. The service was really slow and the smoothie was honestly one of the worst ones I've had, I drank less than a quarter of it and tossed it. The kale side I got was packaged on the 14th and said Use By the 17th, it's the 18th... I love Tropical Smoothie, but this was the worst experience I've had thus far.

I asked for no meat and confirmed 3x and it was on the receipt. They still put pork on it which I don't eat and they don't answer the phone.

Ice isn’t even blended my first sip was ice and the banana and strawberries aren’t blended. The smoothies are a decent amount of money and they can’t blend it better? This was with both smoothies i ordered

Went in ordered 5 acei bowls and l put $50 down before pulling out 2 $20 bills and I forgot to pick the $50 up n place back in my wallet well when I left I realized I never picked it up well the staff told me someone picked up the $50 and nothing they can do so I called the store and he refused to tell me his name after admitting the staff took it well I hope it was worth it and I’m filing a complaint thank god we have it on video me putting the $50 down on the counter

I can’t BELIEVE how completely SPOTLESS this tropical smoothie cafe is!!! I am closer to other locations and just happened to be by this one BUT it was such a better experience and the cleanliness makes it so so much more appetizing that I will drive the extra distance to make this my new location!!

So I called tropical smoothie to try to place the order on the phone they said they don’t do that but the one in Patchogue does That’s crazy because you’re both work for the same company so how can one take orders off the phone and one dozen that doesn’t make any sense that why people go to patchogue and the one in Shirley suck

Ordered an acai smoothie. Once I got home realized there was no acai. Spoke to a man who tookmy name and phone # down for a replacement. I call and explain to woman, she says my name isn't in the office and then hung up on me. I call back and I tell her he took my name and phone # down. She hangs up again. They didn't know when I called back, I was in the restaurant. Then I hear worker say "veronica was up there forever. That was like a month ago." Not true. So now she is admitting my name was up there. Despicable

I've been to this location several times - each time the staff was rude and did not look happy to be working. No greeting, not even a word is said... they do not even tell you your total. I agree that the service is bizarre. Also, you are extremely understaffed!

Apparently a couple workers here are doing drugs together and one of them is in the hospital for fentanyl. Not something I want to risk around food products so I won’t be coming back to this location

I ordered 2 smoothies and a flatbread this afternoon. Had to run a few errands before my wife and I pick up our newborn from the NICU. Figured a smoothie would be quick, easy, tasty and refreshing.

When I arrived my order was sitting in a cubby. The smoothies had been out melting since they completed the order. When I picked it up, one had exploded or fallen. It was covered in açaí smoothie. The top was barely on. Both smoothies were melted. I now have to wait for them to refreeze.

I have never been to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe that didn’t keep the drinks in a freezer until the customer arrived.

The flatbread looked like someone threw all the ingredient into the appropriate sized bread and called it a day. The way it was wrapped caused most of it to fall out.

This was not my favorite TSC experience. Not that they’re often great, because they’re not, but they’re also not usually this bad.

Update: not only are they melted, but they’re also watery. Both smoothies are watered down and taste disgusting. Glad that I wasted $30 at this location.
