Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Today was my 1st experience with having a Tropical Smoothie. I had a mango monsoon smoothie with a Buffalo chicken wrap. It was to DIE for, I am definitely gonna be going back.

O’Shea is amazing! The whole staff here is great! I come here everyday and love the Shirley store the most in Long Island. Luis, Ghalyah. Ashton are always on point!

This is the number one spot for me, the morning shift leader (Kimmy) should be a nutritionist with all the great things on the menu she tells me to try !! The store is always clean and customer service is delightful and the girls are always willing to help in you don’t know what to pick they always have great recommendations I LOVE THE MORNING CREW!!! Great job girls!!!!

Despite some negative reviews I still came here with my kids. We all loved our smoothies, they were made promptly with polite service.

The dark skinned young lady didn’t even greet us with a hello or hi, she also had both AirPods in, just kinda looked at us waiting for what we wanted, then after paying she tossed the change into my hand and just left to make the food, didn’t ask me if I wanted the receipt or nothing, after receiving the food it was pretty good but then again kinda threw the drinks on the counter, not a very welcoming experience or good customer service. Food is also pretty expensive.

The service here was horrible , The younger dark haired girl at the register was very rude. I came in to pick up my mobile order and kindly told her my order had been made wrong from there on she had a mean look on her face and a horrible attitude she than proceeded to tell all of her co workers i was the reason my order was wrong even though my receipt was the correct order that they did not make. She had remade my order which i was already iffy about because i don’t want anyone to mess with my food 😅 and i received canned fruit instead of fresh. Won’t be here anymore

I have been here twice since I been in the area and this is a great location. Their restroom is clean and smells good! I want to shout Lewis for being super friendly and giving me a great recommendation. He was inviting and also professional! Great service.

First and last time visiting this location. The smell inside was pretty unpleasant. The lady making my smoothie was about to make it using one of the previously used blender containers that she ran through some water in the sink quickly, and it still had a bit of that dirty water in it 🤮 it wasn't until I said something that she switched to another clean container. The service was really slow and the smoothie was honestly one of the worst ones I've had, I drank less than a quarter of it and tossed it. The kale side I got was packaged on the 14th and said Use By the 17th, it's the 18th... I love Tropical Smoothie, but this was the worst experience I've had thus far.

I asked for no meat and confirmed 3x and it was on the receipt. They still put pork on it which I don't eat and they don't answer the phone.

Ice isn’t even blended my first sip was ice and the banana and strawberries aren’t blended. The smoothies are a decent amount of money and they can’t blend it better? This was with both smoothies i ordered
