Bagels are okay. Service is garbage. The lady in the morning on the register is NOT well trained. We kept going back and forth on my online order and she was continuously saying it’s not mine and I need to confirm it. I showed her twice my order and she kept not believing me. I finally got my bagels after 10 minutes of going back and forth. Annoying. Retrain please.

I was lucky enough to find this spot right as I moved here 2 years ago and you just cannot beat the quality. the employees are nice and efficient, the food is great .
We were coming here just because it is on our way to work but food is 5 out of 10; we never had an issue before but today I called to order some sandwiches my husband was going to pick up; the lady was so rude and annoyed she even said something in her language.
