I have been waiting for my meal for 30 minutes and there is only one person that I can see working on food. There are 2 cars in front of me and they have not gotten their orders either. Bad service. Don’t come to this McDonald’s after 10 pm.

It was a nice McDonald's in a quiet area how to use the bathroom I didn't care too much for that it was filthy smelled kind of funny like they don't clean it never clean it possible backup septic backup

This McDonald's does not have Orange Juice. The orange juice machine is broken and they don't seem to be in any hurry to fix it . Since it's been broken for over a month now also saw the servers take your cup and go in the ice bin for ice. Which promotes germs or contaminates the ice . I thought protocol was to use a scoop to put the ice in the cup . So your dirty hand also doesn't go into the ice either. Also they might get your food right.

Overall appearance is rough...closed down store right behind it...parking lot looks like they did missile testing there but the drive-through was moving fast, they got my order right and it tasted good. One of the better mcdonalds in the area food wise.

i live right here in sidney, literally right down the road & every time i come my order NEVER changes whether it be the breakfast menu or lunch menu. how come EVERY TIME i come through the drive thru, i have to double check my food & make sure my order is correct or face the consequences when i get home. I got off of work @7am after a 12 hour shift, forgot to check my food, got home & the food i literally order every time i go, was messed yep. YET AGAIN. all i ever get in return is “i’ll put you on the list for a free meal”, never even a sorry lol. it actually sucks they’re they only “fast food” restaurant in the village of sidney.

I'll NEVER, NEVER eat there again! Besides the old hard chicken that they gave us and the hair in my snack wrap, there was a fried bug at the bottom of my daughters fries. Yes, you heard me right, a big fried bug. Beyond disgusting. Beyond unacceptable. How does that even happen? Both my daughter and I threw up, not bc we ate a bug bc thankfully we did not, but even the thought of it makes me gag. Yes, I got a refund 2 days later, but that really isn't good enough.

Horribly slow service in the drive through. After waiting probably 5 minutes you would think the food would be hot. Nope. Lukewarm at best. Also, I was going to use my receipt to take the survey, but I did not receive one. Traveling through Sidney, and highly disappointed in this McDonald's.
