Horribly slow service in the drive through. After waiting probably 5 minutes you would think the food would be hot. Nope. Lukewarm at best. Also, I was going to use my receipt to take the survey, but I did not receive one. Traveling through Sidney, and highly disappointed in this McDonald's.

I came in to sit down and eat. The person at the counter didn't ask me if I was eating in or getting takeout. My order was not correct. The manager on duty had a bad attitude when I asked for my money back. The guy making food wasn't wearing gloves. Very very bad customer service.

I get being busy, that is fine. But to wait 5 mins before someone acknowledges you is poor customer service. Also to get the order back to home and realize, it is missing a drink and fries and to have employees argue that they put it in the bag is completely wrong but they would give me the fries and not the frappe’ because they get in trouble. Truly need to work on customer service.
