Pizza Hut is not the place it once was. Food was fine, but they were out of several items. To be a bit fair, it is a small, struggling community. Everyone is really friendly.

Food was decent, as expected from a Pizza Hut. They recently brought the buffet back - which was on a long hiatus due to COVID.
The atmosphere is always generally nice- comfortable to dine in, even with children.
The service *could* be better but I am giving 4 stars because it’s not the poor waitresses’ fault she was the only one scheduled during one of the busiest times of year!

When asked to have sticky table wiped down was told sorry they don't provide us with the proper stuff to wash the tables. They have Dollar store and price chopper next door they can purchase some cleaning supplies. Thank god for paper towels and water I cleaned the table but still sticky.

Pizza wasn’t made to order. Restaurant reminded me of when I went to Pizza Hut over 20 years ago which was refreshing but modernize it now. We’re in 2025.

Had to come back and ask for a new pizza because my first one was floppy and under cooked, the cheese fell right off and the pizza was supposed to be half bacon but was made full bacon and didn’t get an apology or anything. Not worth the price
It's Pizza Hut, you know what you're getting. Very friendly staff and prompt service. We will be stopping in again if we are in the area and want some pizza.

The staff was great as always but Pizza Hut is a shell of it’s former glory. The ingredients used to be way better. If you’re looking for good pizza, try Sal’s in Bainbridge. Authentic Italian.

Don't expect soda refills or your plates removed on a Monday night. Hard to eat when plates are piled up. Nobody came by to see how it was. Expected better service for the price but we got no service instead.
