omgosh we went for the first time. Tuesday. awesome awesome awesome!! we had shared the heart and soul coffee.( cause I love the name and we needed heart and soul) mariah had the blueberry danish like and I had the cinnamon bun. omgosh delicious!! very wonderful people. Mariah was so happy she drew them a picture.

Every time I come up to visit my family, I stop at gross chain coffee places that always make me sick to my stomach. I stopped in here on a whim because I just couldn’t force that junk on myself again. Their coffee and pastries are PHENOMENAL. Their selection was absolutely amazing and they were super friendly. This is absolutely going to be my stop for coffee whenever I’m in the area now. The Sidney area is super lucky to have such an awesome shop right in town!

We stopped at this coffee shop for a quick snack on our road trip. Both the Dirty Chai Latte and Caramel Latte were delicious. We also got two of the bagel sandwiches which we loved. I highly recommend this café and would stop here again!
I am a resident of Sidney, and I had passed by this place way too many times without stopping in to check it out. So yesterday my boyfriend and I decided we would try it. We are both big supporters of local business, but small coffee shops can be hit or miss. Sometimes the drinks are poorly crafted or the quality of the coffee is poor, but Roasted was the complete opposite. My latte was absolutely phenomenal, and as someone who has decent coffee knowledge myself and is fairly picky with my coffee drinks, I was extremely impressed. I was also really pleased with the amount of flavors available. The owner (?) was very welcoming and made our visit really pleasant. I also decided to pick up a molasses cookie, and it was the best molasses cookie I've ever had. Truly cannot recommend this spot enough, I love having something so delicious right in town.

My wife and I frequent this exceptional coffee house at least weekly. Nothing is ever bad and if it's empty or cold (I drink hot coffee exclusively), Bill is quick to fix it. Bill engages each customer new and old, local or out of town, as a friend he hasn't seen in some time. I often go for the Bright and Bold or Costa Rican blend coffees. There are tons of extras on offer here as well! Breakfast sandwiches, soups during the cold months, various salads, skyr, and myriad sweet treats. I highly recommend Roasted. Go for the coffee, stay for the good vibes.

Love this little cafe in the town of Sidney, The owner Bill is a nice guy to talk to when your having a cup of coffee by yourself and with people you bring along. The price for coffee is reasonable by the size and food and the location as well.
