We were in town at a camp Site and wanted dinner. There are basically next to zero options in this small town but we found romas with low expectations and were pleasantly surprised. The waitress was super kind and attentive. Our food was very good and not at all what we expected. The atmosphere is split between a walk in pizza shop and a sit down restaurant. Nice and cozy family style. Nothing fancy but just right. Our food came out quick. They make their bread from scratch and it was actually amazing. Huge portions we barely finished but will be eating our leftovers for sure

Ever since new management the food has been horrible. First it was completely burnt pizza, it was not hidden at all and the top was completely burn as well. Then it was their wings which barely had any meat and they were really hard and tough. Now I ordered tonight and asked for chicken and broccoli Alfredo with bacon and they added mushrooms to it?? I absolutely hate the taste and texture of mushrooms. Fix your food Romas.

Overall, it's a nice place. People are nice and the food is great. However, you NEVER want to sit down and order. I've sat in and ordered on 7 different occasions. All weeks or months apart from each other. Without exception, the wait time to even get a drink was over 30 minutes. Then another hour or longer for food. And, one time, after all that waiting, they got my order wrong. Wasn't even close to what I requested. Spaghetti instead of a calzone.
But despite the insane flaws with service when you eat in, anytime I call an order in, it's always ready on time, accurate, and tastes great. No idea how the same restaurant can have such drastically different results between eating in and take out but it is what it is.

Decent atmosphere, I’ve had both rude and pleasant waiters, and they’re great for big groups. Usually not super busy when I go in, so we get service pretty quickly. When it is busy, expect to wait a while on food. There’s always a new face when I go in. This is where my father brings us after ceremonies, events, etc. We always enjoy our time with Dad, so where we eat doesn’t much matter ?

Ordered pizza yesterday, was told 20 to 30 minutes. Got there after 30 minutes and the couldn't find my pizza, that wS because it was never made. Order taker said I told you 30 minutes? Ok 30 minutes had passed. Waited another 10 minutes, took pizza home. Pizza was undercooked, had to put I. Oven to finish cooking. 25 dollar pizza and not cooked properly. Other choices for pizza in Sidney. Not going back. .

Restaurant was clean and inviting. Gentleman behind the counter (also cooking) informed us that their server had to leave due an emergency and he was happy to take our order. This gentleman was manning the kitchen and all incoming orders and did an amazing job! Our food was perfect and delicious-just what we wanted. He was courteous and extremely polite despite being short-staffed.

Called in to place an order and was told 35 min. Perfect! I arrived on time to find out that they hadn't made the pizzas. Seemed like the order just sat on the counter after it was taken. The girl at the counter said she would make them and it would take 8 min. She then added 2 more min. To account for taking the order of the person behind me in line. After 10 min I returned. The pizzas were not done yet. I waited while they got the order together for the person in front of me together, which was also not ready. The pizza was just mediocre and I will never go there again!!!!

I was in the area for 9 days, I decided to try this place out on my way out of town. The only thing that really upset me......NOT FINDING THIS GEM SOONER!!!! I never thought I'd try a pizza place and claim they were the best pizza I've ever had until I found this place! Hands down the best...EVER! Can't believe I wasted my money on some of the worst chinese I've ever had twice before finding this... If you find yourself within an hour drive from here at anypoint, make the trip, you will not be disappointed! I had my dog with me so I ate in my car and I had to go back to get more that I could reheat later that night, prices are very fair as well. I will be back someday!
