I have been to this winery a few times, great wine, and it was one of my favorite places, until this weekend. We had a group of 11 on a small bus for my bachelorette weekend (not all drinking) and we were met at the door with “we don’t take busses, you need a reservation” which okay, I get that, and they did end up accommodating us after we asked the lady if we could go outside to sit. (They were not very busy, maybe 2 groups of 2-4 people). Upon entering, my mom told the lady that this was my favorite winery and that we were here because I was getting married and the lady said “I’m sorry”. Who says that to a bride?? It left a bad taste in my mouth and I couldn’t even enjoy my wine flight knowing that we really weren’t welcome there. I don’t know if I’ll be able to come back to Willow Creek after being met with such negativity and unwelcomeness.
Great wine, great atmosphere. Friendly and accommodating, this winery is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy.
Is an awesome place, very pretty and comfortable. Service was exceptional and Patty was a joy to speak with sharing info on wines and just connecting. She made the experience that much better and the wine so yummy! Thk u! 💖
Beautiful Winery with knowledgeable staff.
Patty was absolutely outstanding as a server! So friendly and welcoming! The wines were excellent as well! I loved the Chocolate Temptation wine! My friend, Gina, and I will definitely be coming back!
We live along the wine trail of 20 wineries in the area. For 4 years now we keep going back to Willow Creek. Not only is their variety of wines exceptional Dawn and Patty are the most welcoming of all the wineries we went to.
We had a wonderful time at the winery, dropped in later in the day on Saturday, it was quiet, and Patti was amazing. We really enjoyed our tasting. The chocolate wine was divine. The other wines were great too. Patti also gave us some great recipe ideas for mixing some of their wines. We will definitely be going back.
We had a group 25 people who were on a wine tour and our bus pulled up to this location and because they had a bus they stated was coming and we were late due to the bus company and having to wait for our bus and our hostess calling to advise all locations we were going to of the situation this location wouldn't allow us any service. I feel they weren't accommodating for our group and it was a loss. So out of five locations that we went to this was the only one who turned us away and were rude speaking to us through a closed door
I give this winery two thumbs down. I had a bus load of people who tried to stop by their establishment, and they gave us some of the rudest service that we have had in quite a while. Our day started all very rocky. There were issues with the bus that were beyond our control it put us behind in our scheduled wine tour . upon arrival The woman literally stopped us at the door. She was holding onto that door so tight, just talking to me through a crack with her foot in The door. This didn’t make sense to me. There were only two people at the bar and we were ready to go in and spend our money but instead they turned us away and anticipation of a different group arriving. I really like some of the wines that they make and unfortunately, I won’t be able to support them anymore, and they never have to worry about me Or anyone from our group trying to visit their establishment again. If I want wine and friendly service, I will take my business down the road to Woodberry. Justin and his crew were excellent.
These guys just refused our bus. There were 3 cars in the parking lot. I would give a 0 if possible. I would recommend anyone planning any wine tours to AVOID planning for this location as they clearly do not want business.

Great winery with fantastic wine, however Patty and Audrey made the experience the best ever!! Hands down the most phenomenal winery ever!!
Visited yesterday on a whim - gray overcast day…but what fun! The wines we tasted were a surprise for us…in a very good way. Smooth could taste the fruit even in the dries that we tend to prefer. Had an extremely enjoyable time with very helpful wine hostess & met some delightful people which just increased the ambience & fun. Would recommend a return!
Just happened upon this Winery. So glad we did. Very pleasant owner and the wine tasting was fun. We bought a couple of bottles. We had one for dinner tonight. I'll be ordering more.
On our second visit to Willow Creek was definitely great. Jessica gave great customer service and very knowledgeable about the wines. We’ll be back!
This place is so cute! The customer service was amazing; both Patty and Dawn were so helpful. Not only did they know their wines, they knew exactly what to suggest based on what we told them about our preferences. They have a good variety of both dry and sweet wines, and a dessert wine for both palates. The building is smaller, but the grounds are absolutely beautiful, with picnic tables on a patio, and a gazebo, too.We live 2 hours away but will be returning!
