So I got food poisoning. That night was horrific. I called the next day to let them know what dishes I had and see if they wanted to toss the bad food or offer a refund for my specific dish. She said “why”? Because the food got people sick, hello!Utterly disappointed and will not be forgotten. I’ll keep my money going to other establishments.

I have no idea if the food is any good here... we never got served. Waited an hour for dinner. Side dishes (rice) provided but 40 minutes later still no sign of main meal. Decided to leave. Left $40 for two beers, an ice tea and corn chips. Waitress followed us outside and said it wasn't enough - apparently expected us to pay for meal never received. Manager interceded and apologized but made no attempt to compensate us. Would have let it go and chalked it up to an off night if not for waitress' attitude. Not exact summary of events but gist of things... beware!!

The place has a great interior design concept. Food is okay not the most creative but still tasty. The overall appeal of the restaurant is its decor. Service was fine. Wait staff in nice and courteous. When we showed up there was a private event on the second floor which surprised me as we had been told that they do not make reservations yet they actually do depending on who js asking for the reservation. Anyhow, the place felt crowded and the wait staff overwhelmed. Our order took a whileand when it finally showed up it was not what we had asked for. Waitress placed a second order and apologized for the mistake. Dont expect superb service for any special occasions as they dont cater to this type of requests.Update: We got food poisoning. I had visited yhe restaurant back in December and dont remember getting sick then. I did read ánother review here of a group that got sick from the food here.

My two friends and I ate here two days ago. Our server was lovely and attentive. The problem lies with the dessert. Myself and one of my friends ate their chocolate torte and both vomited all night from it. I have not experienced vomiting that severe in my whole life. I would like a manager to reach out to process a refund. We paid almost $200 to throw up 6 times. I would avoid this restaurant at all costs.
Beautiful restaurant in the middle of one of the most perfect villages of CNY, Finger Lakes region. Food was all wonderful, vegan options were great and the special of the night was so much food! Our waitress Mia was fabulous! We will be back!
