We came in from out of town and Gilda was Recommended to us by a local at the bakery, went in and ordered a beet salad which came out and it was lovely ordered appetizer calamari, which was so overcooked. It was like chewing on burnt leather pizza recommended by our waitress that came in the bottom was so black. It was not edible as an out of town or it was a complete disappointment and I would not recommend eating there to anyone the waitress did mention they had a new cook.

We stopped at Gilda’a in the late afternoon and sat outside which was fantastic as the day was beautiful. The staff is really super. Great service and we had 2 pies which were just delicious!!

Was in today late afternoon to have an early dinner with my sister who’s visiting from CA and my father. We ordered 2 pizzas, brussel sprouts, a burger, and salad. Everything was delicious! Friendly staff and nice location. Hope to come back again in the future!

Gilda's has great food with a casual and intimate vibe. The pizza was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly with great service. It seemed to be a mix of tourists and locals and had a really nice variety on their menu of classic and interesting pizzas and plates.

After having an incredible pizza experience on our 1st visit a few years ago, we headed back and though it was good it wasn't on par with the original visit. The crust was charred black in many spots and not by design, just overcooked. Pepperoni and sauce were good, but it couldn't repair the damage to a 1/3 of the pizza. My wife thought her chopped salad was good and our 2 guests were happy with their choices. It was a weird night in general with evening winds causing the restaurant to hang a blanket between the restaurant and the front door due to the small size of the place. Good to see they still a had the regional gem Utica Club on the menu though the price went from $3 to $ 4 in just 2 years. Thanks, Bidenomics.

We love Gilda’s and everything about it. We were a bit disappointed with how the food was delivered (just two of us) because it was too much at one time so it would not stay hot. Also the beef Bourgogne was so smoky (and we like lightly smoked food) we did not finish it. Tasted like liquid smoke was added. Beef Bourgogne is not a smoky dish. We will for sure continue to be customers.

Best restaurant in town! If you want to be taken to Italy this is the spot! Very intimate restaurant, amazing food, service and atmosphere are best in town!! The new chef is very hard working and adds additional love to each dish which makes it even better!!

We stayed 4 nights in Skaneateles and ate at Gilda’s two nights. Our favorite pizza was called Sam’s Favorite - couldn’t go wrong. Even the local servers would come to Gilda’s for pizza. Very friendly! Not a lot of seating so you can order takeout. I imagine it could be a little chilly inside during winter months.
Get something with Mushrooms. Goodness. They know how to make them delicious.

We were staying in Skaneateles for vacation so excited to try some local favorites recommended to us… We ordered pick up and called the Gilda‘s number. The woman that answered the phone was extremely nasty and needs to learn better customer service. I didn’t get her name, but the date is 8/7/24 and we order for pick up around 7:50pm The menu that was online wasn’t the correct one and she belittled me in the nastiest attitude and said check the right menu on our website which is the one I was looking at, and then she proceeded to mock me and correct a word I was saying incorrectly when ordering, she proceeded to ask for my credit card information to take payment even though I wanted to pay in cash when I got there and asked for a tip over the phone so rude if you ask me. Not to mention she also answered the phone. Very nasty when I asked to place a pick up order. I’m sorry for wanting to give the place business next time. I am in town. I will never go back here just for the rude customer service!!!!
