I am so sad to see this place close. My family and I went a few months ago and had a bit of a hiccup waiting on milkshakes. We had finished our meals by the time we got them. Honestly I wasn’t upset. I knew they are busy. And anyone working in customer service now days I feel like we need to just be patient or stay home. Hubby and I brought our family here for lunch after pumpkin picking. This is a self serve where you order at the counter, pay, pick your own table, service ware, condiments, drinks, and then your order when ready. We all ordered a variety of burgers with fries and everything was delicious. A nice place to eat a quick meal. We will be back.
This place knows how to do burgers the right way. Pure fresh Angus beef (or bison or portobello mushrooms or whatever unique meat) cooked to order and served on a brioche bun. This has been my go-to burger place in Skaneateles.
