I feel bad leaving not the best review, because I love supporting local businesses and I ABSOLUTELY love Moros in Auburn. Unfortunately the Moros in Skan is absolutely less than the Auburn location. I’ve been there twice for 2 very important occasions, they were aware of it, yet our waitresses was cold & rude and the food is subpar. The vibe compared to the Auburn location is so different, we felt so uncomfortable and not a priority at all in the Skaneateles location....
We had a fantastic meal. Food and service (and our service in particular) were outstanding. We had a minor snag with getting our table with our reservation and didn't treat the new hostess as delciately as we should have but they fixed it quickly and provide a memorable experience. Thanks to all.
Our waitress was outstanding. My dish was the braised beef ribs. The ribs themselves were delicious however the portion was very small. My wife had the chicken marsala. Her dish was not so good. The presentation was like a plate of stew almost overflowing the sides of the dish. The chicken was tough, the carrots were overdone and the mash potatoes were like watery puree.
