Simply incredible cake! My wife and I were hosting a couples shower for our daughter’s upcoming wedding and we ordered half a sheet cake with red velvet cake and cream cheese frosting, I briefly mentioned that our daughter liked the outdoors and if they could put a pine tree and maybe an outline of mountains on the cake if possible. We were amazed how perfect the cake came out when we went to pick it up, The detail was incredible and everyone at the party kept asking where we got it from.If that wasn’t enough, we had also ordered a tray of mini pastries for the party and they were all perfect and tasted great. We highly recommend Patisserie for that special event or just to grab a treat after dining at the Sherwood Inn.

Good Guy

Would have been a five star if the service was a little better. Seemed like we were a bother to the staff when looking at all the pastries and bread. Pastries were good. Would come back to try again. Maybe was an off day for staff.

They have a lovely selection of baked goods and breads. I was there for some sweets, so I bought some peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, ( I like that they have 2 sizes), a blueberry turnover and a triple berry tart. The cookies were flaky and delicious and the tart was full of berries and had a flaky pie crust. I haven't tried the turnover yet but it looks amazing.

We stopped in for a quick dessert after a wonderful lunch at The Sherwood. The canoli looked very tasty and it was for the first bite or two. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they only stuff the ends and leave the center empty. C'mon folks. If you're charging premium for a dessert at least full the whole thing!

This place has a very loyal following. If you go on the weekend there are always very long lines, the store is small and a bit crowded, service is mixed depending on the time of day, as stated the place smells great but no room to move around. Love the artisan breads.

Such a sad example of how to treat people I went in with my son right before closing to pick up a couple of cannolis for my husband's birthday and I have never been treated so disrespectful as I was this evening in any restaurant experience. I live in the village, have worked at multiple restaurant establishments and I am currently a SVP of HR for a company (and deai with a lot of internal complaints daily). Knowing that they were close to closing time, I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to order and leave. I needed cannolis, which they had in the window. As I was checking out, an employee came in front and said VERY rudely "just so YOU know, we close in 2 minutes". I acknowledged that (even though I was obviously checking out). She then glared at me and repeated it several times. Seriously? I did not sit down at a table, ask for anything special, and was being very consciousness of the time. So, providing the item is great, bur what happened to being kind? When I worked at the Bluewater, Kabuki, or any other job I have ever had, I have treared people with respect. When I spoke up about the rudeness she was offering for zero reason, the employee told me to "get out of her store". When we left my son was in tears. There was absolutely no need for that encounter. I arrived, ordered and left immediately-- all before 5 pm. Such a sad experience.

I ordered a custom cake for my Boyfriend’s birthday & i was absolutely amazed with the finished product. The communication was amazing from the very start. The price was great and we were both very satisfied with the product. The first picture is for the initial reference and the second is the finished product. It was made aware that the initial tool that was used in the first picture wasn’t available to them & that was perfectly fine with me .

The eclair was frozen inside. Some of the apple tarts were fresh some not. They used canned apple like the supermarket uses for pies, just awful. The cannolis are tasteless. This place is not worth going to. Avoid it.

My girlfriend and I were visiting the area and we came to this place shortly before they closed and they still had a pretty good amount of options to choose from. We got the Decadence(flourless chocolate cake) and the ham and cheese croissant and they were both very delicious. We will definitely be coming back.

Everything tastes delicious. Small suggestion.....egg bacon cheese , and ham croissants are a bit skimpy on filling. Maybe offer to warm them up a bit? Otherwise, they are lovely. Thank you for making the neighborhood smell so inviting.

This place has gone downhill recently. Portions are smaller and prices are higher. The quality isn't what it used to be either. Most recently, I ordered this cupcake, it was under baked and the decoration was very sloppy and poorly done.

Love this little bakery which the locals shop at. Make sure you purchase the stretch bread. A delicious baget large bread crispy on the outside but filled with the right amount of yeast inside so it stretches. Tip: microwave after cutting to get the most delicious taste. Blueberry turnovers were flaky Phyllis dough bursting with blueberries and the right amount of drizzled frosting. Visiting this bakery is a must if your visiting skaneatlus but be prepared the bakery is small. You may be waiting outside in a line before entering.Parking: Limited in parking lot shared by other businesses
