I've been here many times through the years, and although the service has been questionable many of those times, THIS TIME it was actually good! My young friend wanted to take me to her new "favorite taco place". I was shocked when we ended up at Mancora, which is (supposedly) Peruvian. But what do I know? When in Rome do as the Romans, right? So at her urging I ordered Carnitas Tacos (roasted pork yummies), and she ordered Pollo Tacos (chicken, hold the tomatoes!) We also got a bowl of guac which was surprisingly inexpensive and delicious. The tacos come in two's, so note to self, TWO IS ENOUGH! I ordered 4, and sent the extras home with her. I'm not sure how these would do as take-out, whether they'd get soggy or not. If you can go off-peak, you might be better off dining in. We did go in the middle of a Saturday afternoon, and were the only ones in the restaurant for a while. So eyes wide open on this place. Try it, you might get lucky.

Awesome customer service. We got our drinks but no drinking glasses, then we got our food but no forks. We will ask the waitress for utensils or water and she will roll her eyes and bring one but not the other. It took so long for our food to come out and then we just stared at it because we couldn't eat it. To top it all off all the prices were wrong on the menu, everything was 1-3 dollars more expensive. On top of that we got a 18% added gratuity which we would've been fine paying if the waitress had not been so absolutely nasty to us. Honestly, it ruined my aunt's birthday, plus it wasn't much of a family environment but more of a drinking bar. Food was good but not worth the service.//Terrible customer service. For example, they served us our drinks but didn't give us glasses, then they gave us our food but didn't give us forks. We will ask the waitress for utensils or water and she will roll her eyes at us and bring us one thing but not the other. We waited a long time for the food and then just stared at it because we couldn't eat it without utensils. To make matters worse, all the prices were wrong on the menu, everything was between 1 and 3 dollars more expensive. On top of that, they charged us an additional 18% tip which we would have paid well if the waitress hadn't been so rude to us. Honestly, it ruined my aunt's birthday, plus it wasn't a family atmosphere but more of a bar. The food was good but not worth it for the service.

1 star for the food, really good and authentic. Service...that, you never get. And in the end, they slap you with an 18% tip that won't be bad if somebody just came to see if you are still alive

Horrible customer service. There was 1 couple and 3-4 sitting at bar. She was chatting with them. She barely acknowledge my daughter and I and told us to pick a table. We sat and waited her to give us a menu, the place was empty so she had no reason to have us wait to at least give us a menu. She just stared at us, when she saw us getting up to leave, she went to grab the menus. But, it was too late, she had lost two customers due to her inconvenience. I’ve gotten take out and it’s ok. That’s why I gave them 3 starts for it. But to sit and done in there, worst restaurant experience ever! And I often try new places.

Horrible service. Have dined 1-2 times there and all of the those times orders were wrong and waitress is extremely careless. Instead of paying attention to clients she is usually on her phone or always socializing with regular clients at the bar section instead of paying attention to customers needs. Not only this but many times when making a call to order the waitress hangs up the phone during mid conversation. Horrible experience and terrible customer service.

We love Santorini Greek Restaurant because it's not just another Greek restaurant. It's a neighborhood spot that serves up authentic Greek cuisine, and we're so glad to have it in our town! We've tried the food here, and it's delicious—we always order the Lamb Gyro, but you can't go wrong with any of the other options (especially the Shish Kebab). The service is great, too—our waitress was friendly and helpful with recommendations for what to try (and even helped us figure out how to pronounce Greek names!).The place itself is clean and welcoming, with plenty of seating options (and even a private room for catering). The chef makes sure that everything tastes fresh and authentic, which is exactly what you want when you're dining out. And we love that they deliver! This restaurant is a real find!

Horrible in so many ways. We were in town visiting from Queens. Peruvian cuisine is my fav so we yelped this place and decided to try it out. Horrible we waited for our food for about two hours. After an hour of waiting we asked where are appetizers were she brought out the wrong dish. Food was not fresh, taste as if it were reheated. When asked the waiter why it is taking so long she said they were short staffed inwhich is understandable if at least it were to be mentioned in the beginning on interaction and at least apologize for the wait. Horrible!

Server was glued to the TV during our entire dining period. Asked for a medium rare stake that came over cooked. Waited for tap water for over 25 min. Server not knowledgeable about portion sizes and very lazy.

Peruvian food is pretty fascinating. Chinese influence is pretty pronounced, but that aside it's funny how simple but deceptively good typical dishes are. My wife loves it, and her eyes bugged out if her head when she heard there was a Peruvian place in Tarrytown that delivered. Would love to go in person, but you know, toddlers. For a starter I got the chicharron de pescado (fried push and yucca), as I wanted some fish given the litany of options in the menu. What followed was some serious awesome fish and chips. Fish was perfectly fried as was the yucca. It came with pickled onions and green sauce as well. This 'appetizer' ended up being my entree, as I saved my lomo saltado (steak cooked with peppers and onions over French friesH for the next day when my wife and I 'split' it (she took most of the meat). It's hard to grade the look saltado since it was from the night before, but I thought it was a really good rendition of this classic. My wife also loved the tallatin saltado de carne (same steak but with lo mein) she had for her actual main. This is now in our regular rotation of food options. Hard to beat having this nearby. Just need to try more of their seafood.

Kind of just OK unfortunately. Really wanted to love it, but our order was all sorts of messed up. Tried to correct it but they seemingly didn't want anything to do with correcting it, so we left with 1/4 of our order missing.

Their food is excellent, for the amount it's a great price, and they have options for vegan and gluten free customers. The saltados are just as good as my abuela used to make them. Highly recommend!
