Went in at 1:10...no one else there. Ordered a med coffe lite n sweet w toasted bagel w cream chese. GOT MED COFFEE.OLD W NO SUGAR. BAGEL NOT TOASTED. WONT GO BACK. Wasted money n time...past starbucks n stewarts.Doesnt seen like there is a good manager if any.

Anyone who can give this chains owners info? I’ve never in my life heard people talk the way these employees did to this older gentleman! You guys need more empathy training! The poor kid at the cash register even felt uncomfortable. What a horrible atmosphere and way to treat people Especially if you have a tip jar that you want people to put tips in for!!!!

I sat on one of their chairs that was apparently broken outdoors and moved it when a customer inside the store who was leaving started a behavioral problem about it being moved. so i folded it and placed it near a wall. Today the area has no outdoor sitting. ? More than weird in Slingerland summer.
