Update: 8/10/24, Definitely an awesome place for ice cream. The young man at the counter was very kind and classy. This place gets better and better. If you want to get awesome ice cream. And have fun with your children. This is the place to go. The staff there is always wonderful towards me and my child. We always look forward to going there. The ice cream taste great it doesn’t melt too quickly they have an excellent selection of different interesting flavors. I would give this more than five stars if I could.

Great ice cream and classic spot to grab a cone. I'm glad a new group of people is able to keep the place going. They have a good selection of Perry's ice cream, and I can't wait to see what they have for soft serve. Definitely worth more than one visit, especially if you're planing to try every flavor.

Amazing tradition and a Tastee Treat. The playground was awesome, the pavilion was a nice place to find a seat and enjoy our food. Kids friendly and the antique car show was spectacular!
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian lunch and dessert options. Vegan ice cream!!!
Parking: Huge number of parking spots in a giant lot on both sides in in front of the store
Kid-friendliness: Large outdoor area that's safe for kids to run and play in. That separated from the parking area so no concern. The boat and the playground are really fun. In general kids are just part of the atmosphere and very welcome by staff and patrons

fish fry was excellent, moist and tender fish with nice crunchy coating in a long, grilled bun. French fries and onion rings very good too. burger was ”real”, not a paper-thin cardboard disk. staff was very polite and friendly. sorry only to discover them today, the last day of their season - but will definitely be back next year for more!
