Made a reservation by phone, which went well. We were able to get the time we needed. It's an older restaurant in a smaller space, so tables are pretty close, but they made the same work. Our server was friendly and welcoming. Simple menu with enough options to satisfy everyone. The food took a while. We sat and ordered all our food after 15 minutes of being seated. Food was amazing-we had prime rib and prime rib on weck. The homemade grape balsamic dressing is amazing. Service was very friendly, like everyone knows your name kind of friendly. The building smells old when you walk in, but honestly, the old atmosphere is part of the vibe. There is a reason why this place has been around forever!

We are from Missouri and googled steak places. Adam's Rib was amazing! We called and asked for a reservation on a Saturday 15 minutes before we would be there. They were able to get us in.
Our waitress Michelle was INCREDIBLE! The owner came around and visited with us. My husband had Prime Rib on Weck and I had the filet! Both were DELICIOUS!! All the portions are nice sized. Our glasses never went empty!
