Cold Stone Creamery

The workers are always nice and the place is always clean but on the past month or two, the ice cream is so soft that we’ve slowed down going there. We used to go every week. Please turn the freezer back up. Nobody wants soup.

Went to this location the other night for a shake. Slow and rude service . Walked out when I was totally ignored by staff that thought it was more important to answer the phone and have the only 2 employees working to help the same customer!! Ridiculous.

i don’t do the reviews at all not at all but when i say this is the worst customer service i mean it , it’s sad to see how a buisness runs like this espically when they ruin your order as well they literally came out the back no one in the front did my ice cream in 2 seconds n left they ruined and gave me the wrong ice cream this is sad

Worst place to get your icecream possible!
The place is disgusting the place has roaches and mice. I was having a conversation with one of the employees and the owner takes the tips and pays them under minimum wage.Thats illegal. Why tip the employees when it’s not even going to them. There are better ice cream stores in the area I do not recommend Cold stone Creamery

This is what we got last night kids don’t seem to care about what they are doing. This was handed to us this way and I told them I was posting on social media. NOT AS ADVERTISED. This place sucks

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. I ordered a personalized cake for a birthday and they did not have it ready at all. They questioned whether I actually placed the order and if I placed it for the correct time meanwhile I showed them my order confirmation. They advised me that they mess up orders all the time and this happens frequently. We will not be returning to Cold Stone ever again. Terrible customer service. He couldn’t even provide me with a refund

The manager called me to tell me they were not providing me a refund, they said their store employee interaction with me was not true either… their reply to my review is completely FALSE. They offered me a cake that I had to pay for since it was smaller than my original order.
Don’t bother wasting your time… head to Bona Bona down the street or Carvel in JV (not Cortlandt Manor) for better service and reliability!

Ordered my ice cream one they have had for years (chocolate devotion) . They didn't even make the ice cream anywhere near correctly (just chocolate ice cream with a small piece of brownie put on top) and when I asked about it they just told me that is how it's made now days. Not worth the price.

I have been to this store numerous times within the last 3 years, and I have to say the customer service was not as usual. I ordered cake batter ice cream with some mix ins that weren't mixed in at all. I won't be going back anytime soon.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My daughter worked there for over a month, they didn't pay her for the first week under the claim that they were changing ownership. I suggested she stays since it was her first job and could have been a legitimate oversight, however they delayed her paycheck and when she finally received it, she only got paid for half the time she worked. The new owner repeatedly told staff his intention is to have the kids run the place so he can go do other things. There is never an adult, my daughter was told to close the shop multiple times though she was 15 and was working there with another minor. It was a terrible experience for her. Also, most of the better reviews are posted by their family/friends. STAY AWAY!

WONDERFUL ICE CREAM

they say they’re under new management so it should be better but it’s been horrible. The last six times I’ve went they barely have the cold stones turned on their ice cream comes out like a soup and they only give you half a cup even when you buy a large.

Good ice cream at high cost.

There is usually always fun music and the workers appeared more positive before. I’m wondering if something changed. The lack of music makes it difficult to enjoy my experience as it is a less lively atmosphere.

The new owners are amazing, everything is excellent quality and the service is great! Keep it up guys ??
