I’ve been to many locations and the customer service is always amazing, but huge shout out to SOMERS location especially Dave, Jacob, Chris and another Chris (possibly one of the managers). Everyone is always so helpful and friendly, and truly go above and beyond for their customers! Sorry for those I don’t know names…everyone is great and it’s such a pleasure to shop there … truly old school customer service u don’t see anymore! Thank u!

Quality food with large variety of imported goods. Excellent meats, fresh seafood, large selection of cheeses and craft beer. Not the cheapest grocery store, but you get what you pay for.

The Deli. The stuffed flounder was great. The shepherd’s pie was just lousy. A very thin layer of meat and sauce and the rest potatoes. Flavor was terrible too. Very disappointed.

Love this fancy little DeCicco in Somers. Everything is so perfectly organized, especially the produce section!There's nothing you can't find here but definitely make sure to hit up the olive bar, it's drool worthy! Any kind of cheese selection you can think of you will find. They have the highest quality of everything and are famous for their awesome beer selection and incredible variety. Also, make sure to head up to the second floor where you can eat before or after shopping. Did I mention there's a bar? Yes. A win win. Could this supermarket be even more perfect?

This is my second review on this Decicco in Somers. Not sure why my first review was deleted..I frequent this location and feel I am always disappointed here. Here are my experiences that have stuck out-I purchased Italian butter cookies Christmas Eve to bring to family's house. They were stale and I was so embarrassed. How are your bakery goods stale when you know many people will be buying them for the holiday?I also purchased prosciutto freshly sliced for the holiday and it was dried out- not good quality. Again, this is during Christmas when many people are buying cold cuts for antipasto.My husband purchased a chicken dish from the buffet one day during lunch and first bite the chicken was super thick and literally raw pink flesh inside. He went back to customer service to show them & they didn't apologize or offer something new. He had to return the sandwich and buy something else regular price. How are you going to be comfortable eating anything from the buffet when you were just exposed to raw chicken? This is not OK. Just this week I purchased sirloin steaks. The steaks were limited and each had a different date. By the next day when I was ready to cook dinner, they both smelled and were slimy. Super inconvenient when the rest of dinner is prepped. The woman working Customer service is rude- does not give you a hello, thank you and acts like your bothering her. This is not acceptable for an higher end supermarket. You should also always check your receipt because I've also been charged for the wrong amount of loose produce.I've filled out the contact form on the Decicco website. Nobody has ever contacted me back. I hope Decicco reads this review and talks to the manager at the Somers location. I cannot continue to shop here. You lost a loyal, local customer.
