Usually don't leave reviews. This " experience "was worth of one. Monday 6 pm go for a coffee. Store empty, no customers , just 3 women workers chatting. Go in, say hi , the youngest barely growl a " why are you bother me" hi. I asked for a coffee, she tells me is on the other window, and goes back to the group chat. I go to the window, nobody comes, I still can hear the chatting, waited a moment, no attention to avail, and left. I can get a coffee anywhere else...., the day that place close for this type of customer service, I won't be the one looking for another job.

We placed an order of donuts for our daughter's 5th birthday party. When I went to pick them up, there was an issue with the order and no one contacted us which got me quite annoyed, but the employee was very sympathetic of the error and actually made it right. She tried to reach out to her manager and then took it upon herself and gave us 2 small ice cream cakes and wrote out happy birthday on both of them. This really saved the day and all the kids and parents loved the cake. We have ordered many birthday donuts for both our kids here for the past few years and never had an issue. We will continue to visit this store, great customer service and friendly staff.

KETCHUP. Come on, if I order 2 breakfast sandwiches and hash browns, fist off why do I have to beg for KETCHUP packets, why are they hidden behind the counter like gold? The workers don't just throw a bunch in the bag, 3 KETCHUP packets, that's all you get when you do finally get someone to give you some...3 packets, like really ok that takes care of my hash browns what about these 2 sandwiches I have left. Before covid they used to keep KETCHUP and sugar packets out by the garbage bin and you just take what you needed. Don't act like yer losing a huge profit leaving KETCHUP packets out so I can get what I need for my food. Come on, for the money we spend at these places KETCHUP packets should be readily available as I need not made to beg for like a peasant.

I can't rate the food as I couldn't get served in a timely manner. The place wasn't busy, but the service was horrible. I walked out after being ignored. I would give a negative (less than no stars) rating, but it doesn't seem possible.
