We placed an order of donuts for our daughter's 5th birthday party. When I went to pick them up, there was an issue with the order and no one contacted us which got me quite annoyed, but the employee was very sympathetic of the error and actually made it right. She tried to reach out to her manager and then took it upon herself and gave us 2 small ice cream cakes and wrote out happy birthday on both of them. This really saved the day and all the kids and parents loved...

I am a manager at AT&T. I don't appreciate an attitude from a rep with glasses when my order didn't have cold foam on it which I paid $.70 more for and I kept saying "Hey" "hello" like 5 times 2 feet away from him and he finally acknowledged me after ignoring several times. I simply asked "I ordered cold foam for $.70 more...." The rep said "Okay....?" And just looked at me like I was incompetent, which i am far from i run...
