Eight of the past ten times I’ve gone to this establishment they got my order incorrect. They do not seem phased or care that this is the case when confronted. Do not recommend if you are a specific eater because you will almost certainly not get what you ordered.

So I went here on Friday and I got food poisoned ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel the egg was not fried well had yolk in it but looked like the quality of food something was wrong today is Sunday and I’m still burping egg my stomach has been killing me been suffering for days please check your food quality !!!!!

Stopped by for a bagel. Absolutely the wirst bagel. Bagel had no taste. Asked for toasted bagel- it was barely warm. The vegetable cream cheese tasted sour!

Staff: This place hasn't been the same since Donna left over the summer of 2024....but she came back!!!! I have never been so happy to see an employee before when she came back. She provides such a wonderful experience and is always friendly. I'm not a morning person, but Donna makes me enjoy the fact that I woke up and walked into JV Bagels every morning. She's always asking me how my fiancé is doing and tells me to tell her that she says hi. Anna is another one that I hope comes back during spring break and summer break from college. I miss Andrea and Norma.
Food: Their bagels are nice and fresh, especially the cheddar bagel. And their Strawberry cream cheese is to die for! I don't like strawberries, but I was bored with plain cream cheese and decided to try something different, and I'm happy I did. The one thing I wish they did was instead of charging 80 cents for a 2nd egg, just raise the price of the egg sandwiches and already include 2 eggs like most deli's and breakfast spots. I'm so used to 2 eggs all the time that I forget to add a 2nd egg to my sandwich and it looks sad with only 1 egg in it.

Hideous place, server was just not willing to work. Bagels felt like a day old. Hospital like atmosphere. I wish a new place would take this one over. Bagels definitely not baked onsite!

Come here because the only place I know that has a French toast bagel. Young girl who works the front isn’t friendly or inviting at all. Came back after a while and her attitude still hasn’t changed. Her attitude will force you not to patron the place even though the food is good

After Donna left the service and timely manner went down the drain. They hardly speak English to understand and order. The younger new girl doesn’t even know what white toast is after 3 weeks of me offing the same order. Used to love coming here and they knew our names. But now be go down the road to Bobo’s instead because they take forever and can’t get your order right.
