Staff: This place hasn't been the same since Donna left over the summer of 2024....but she came back!!!! I have never been so happy to see an employee before when she came back. Place is OK. Something strange. Only bagel place I've ever been to that you don't get a discount for buying a dozen bagels (it actually costs 5 cents more by the dozen). Heritage Hills is nearby, so tons of seniors hang out in the place (nothing wrong with it, just an observation).

Greg has been working at and now owns this amazing store since he was in high school. There aren’t many places that bake fresh daily real NY authentic bagels. I highly recommend! Go for a real treat. I’ve been going for 20 years.
