Been trying to get place shut down. No bagels but thats the least of their problems. The customer service is so terrible its been reported numerous times, just also look at reviews. The girl behind the counter and the owner are absolute terrors. They verbally abuse the senior citizens that go there. I am 8 months pregnant and was verbally abused over a bacon egg and cheese and had to leave. They recently failed an inspection. I blame the town for allowing this business to stay open. Shame on them

The food normally tastes good, the problem is getting what you order. They mess up my order almost every time I go, and it has only gotten worse over the years. I only go here because of convienience, otherwise I wouldn't go. There is a very nice selection, and the food does taste good. It is too bad the service is poor.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place used to great but lately the bagels have been getting worse and worse. I went in the other day and purchased two bagel sandwiches. They we very small and very sparsely cream cheesed and loxed. There was really not nearly enough fish, cream cheese and bagel to warrant the nearly $10 price tag. I brought them back and let them know that the food wasn't up to their standards. They argued that, basically, it had always been like this (it hasn't). It was a legitimate complaint and it was met with rudeness. I won't return.
