I made a Mobile order around 5:06 PM to be picked up at 5:25 PM. Showed up at 5:40 Pam and they were still making the third sandwich of my order. Very, Very slow service.But all employees are very nice and friendly. They even ask me if it was ok to use Grilled Chicken, since they were out of Rotisserie Chicken. Maybe management should look into hiring more than one employee to help!

Ordered new steak teriyaki with onions (2 orders) and it was delicious. I ordered the "pro" with extra meat at an added cost - well worth the price. Server was very courteous.

I was doing a DoorDash delivery and had to go to this subway in somers. It was like pulling teeth with them for them to make the order because the order didn’t get to their system. DoorDash support was doing there best to help me and tried calling the store but the one employee that was there working purposely ignored the call, no one else but me was in the store, and was giving me an unnecessary attitude, same as the manager of the store

SHOULD GET NEGATIVE STARSService at this location is consistently poor. Utilize the app to order and order is never ready upon the stated arrival time. This is not the first time. Then, while waiting, people walk in from the street, place their order, and GET THE FOOD BEFORE MY ORDER IS EVEN STARTED! I waited 20 minutes in store for my order to be ready. They marked the time as 1:35pm but I was not handed my food until 1:55pm! I asked for a refund, they told me they could not issue me one, I would have to use the app. Only, WHO CAN FIND THAT OPTION ON THE APP. Then another employee enters the store from outside, and seats their child at my table. WHO DOES THIS BIZZARE STUFF! I am a stranger Dont sit your small child with a stranger. An absolute terrible experience all the way around. And the sandwiches were sub par even for Subway. SIgh, Never again.

Sandwiches can be lacking, especially if busy. Service is very slow. Mobile order in at ‘12:48 PM. Showed up at 1:10 as app said it will be ready and finally got food at 1:29. A half hour to make a subway sandwich?The lady was extremely friendly though and seemed a little overwhelmed. Maybe management should look into hiring more than one employee to help!

This is a good Subway. I have come here frequently, and have no complaints. Sandwiches are not made with less ingredients than any other Subway franchise. They all use the same size scoopers for meat.

Wow worst subway ever they always charge you extra when they barely even putting any veggies on your sandwich and the owner bald head guy rudest person you could meet , if their was a no star option that's what I would choose instead of one star.

We arrived at this place for dinner. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we felt good. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. Highly recommended.

This restaurant is unquestionably one of the tastiest restaurants in the neighborhood. Always when I come there I am extremely pleased. They keep their high level service and the topmost level of food they offer. You can never go wrong with this restaurant. Very recommended.
