Updating my review..I am a loyal customer as I buy all my cakes and pastries here for every holiday and occasion, however I am so disappointed. I ordered a cake for my nursing school graduation. When I went to pick up the cake the girl told me they didn’t have a box big enough for the cake so she left it open and taped parchment paper around it . I found it odd because if you do specialty cakes you should probably have a box big enough..I took a picture of the cake in the store however I didn’t realize at the time congratulations was spelled wrong..my daughter called and they asked if we can drive back to fix it ..that was impossible as I live in Mohegan lake and I was graduating in an hour …they basically blamed me for not looking when I picked it up and offered $10 refund ..which by the way 4 days later still hasn’t happened. Wheh I went to serve the cake later that evening, all of the roses on top were smushed into the side from when the girl put the cake in a box that didn’t fit ..on top of that the cake was stale tasting and dried out from being in paper. They have enough customers they don’t really care about my business…be careful when ordering a special cake

This bakery is phenomenal!!! We had 2 special cakes made for our son’s first birthday which was pizza themed. They created a napoleon cake and matched it to our theme, we were blown away. Not only was it so creative and well done, it was absolutely delicious! Everyone raved about the 2 cakes. I will book them again and again for all my future parties! Thanks again for the excellent service and cakes!!

This is the greatest pastry shop in the 914. Such a great selection, prices are unbeatable, everything tastes amazing, and the staff are so friendly!! Love the specialty cookies with custom designs on them too!

This is my first time going into the bakery despite working next door. The staff is so friendly, so easy to talk to, they described every cookie even gave their recommendations. The cookies are soooo good!!!! This is a place to definitely visit!

I have been to your bakery for years and I was going to come in and order stuff. I was looking at your website and saw those Trump cookies! OMG! You as a business should NOT show any sides! How dare you! I will NEVER walk through your doors EVER! You just lost a bunch of customers because I will tell all my friends who I’m sure will feel the same!

This is a very dangerous place—especially if you like spectacular cakes, ingeniously decorated cookies and creative takes on traditional dessert options. Their St. Patrick’s Day selection was over the top. The staff bustles to fill your order, answer questions and make suggestions. I drove 90 minutes from my home to this bakery to get a cake to celebrate my granddaughter’s performance in her school’s play. I’d always brought flowers in the past but this time I thought “Why not flowers on a chocolate fudge cake?” Perfect! The trip was worth it because her smile was ear-to-ear when she saw the cake with her name on it (that only took 2 minutes to write on the top of the cake and that was with the special colored flowers too (I chose lavender and the person wielding the icing cone was a real professional). Take a field trip to this small shop. It’s worth it! And consider treating yourself to a danish as your own reward. The bear claws are exceptional and you won’t mind the crumbs left in the driver’s seat.

I love it here. Great people, always friendly! My fiancé and I buy eachother the chocolate covered oreos for every and any occasion they are seriously the best. Everything else is great too! Mini chocolate covered layered cake, chocolate croissants, can’t go wrong. Highly recommend

I think I just OVERpaid but too late to go back -
If 1 lb of pastries is $25 and 2 lbs is $50. Why did I just pay $47 for less than 1-1/2 lbs. Perhaps the workers need to work on math. I didn’t realize it until I could put my child down.

I moved from Yonkers to Yorktown Heights a year ago I was looking for a good bakery an employee from Metro North Railroad in White Plains recommend Sweet Delites Pastry Shop in Somers actually he gave me a cannoli from them for me to try it was delicious ever since then I've been going to them for all my dessert needs and let me tell you something they live up to there hype ill be going to pick my chocolate creme pie for Thanksgiving Wednesday morning the staff the atmosphere and the service is phenomenal Sweet Delites Pastry Shop keep up the amazing work
