Inferno The Restaurant

This place is the bees knees! It's a well kept secret in this little town of Sound Beach. They have Thee best burgers you'll ever have! Better than 5 guys or Shake shack. The wings are awesome, and they even have chicken sandwiches, BBQ pulled chicken, hot dog options, and plenty of sides. Nice rustic environment. Old school like from the 50s. Would highly recommend.

Parking: Parking is a little hard to find. They have free spots in the front of the store in the street.

Recommended by a friend, a real throwback place, reminded me of going to lunch with my mom as a kid. Old country music, cards at the table, good food…. My wife and I loved it

We ordered Philly cheesesteak & Cuban sandwich along with the loaded fries (bacon, cheese & fries), it honestly wasn’t good. The food could use more flavor overall.

Owner and staff are super friendly. Makes the experience all the more better. Food is always on point. Consistency is a very big thing these days and Inferno is always great. Wife and I loved everything we ordered. Great place to stop on the way down to Cedar Beach or a nice quick dinner.

Best Burgers I've Ever Had, Only Downside Was It Was Really Cold In There. Broken Heaters I've Heard After Asking Staff. Dress Warm and Enjoy .

Parking: Its Kinda Tight, U Only Have 4 Spots on The Street Across From This Spot. If needed u may wanna park near the restaurant. Though its a small place so don't expect parking to really be an issue.

Awesome burgers 🍔 the staff was wonderful and super helpful explaining the menu and their recommendations! We are burger snobs and this is top 5! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Keep asking for Cole slaw for burgers just told tonight we run out but we just made a batch. Get home no coleslaw for like the 4th time. Specifically called twice for the coleslaw. Don't put it on menu if you never have it. Other people in the house didn't get theirs also

Got take out last week and had the absolute worst experience, called order in at 6:30 got to inferno to pick it up at 7:15 was told my order was next. Waited in my car for 10 minutes, went back inside and the lady behind the counter said my order was being put on the grill next,so my order wasn't even being cooked yet. Waited another 15 minutes for my food. I would have left if I didn't already pay for my order. My family and I used to frequent often here, we haven't been in some time and wanted burgers for dinner, this place used to be our go to, after our last experience we will not be coming back. Food should not have taken as long as it did, only one person on the flat top, a lady tossing French fries and a lady taking phone calls and orders. No one was working together, guy on grill was overwhelmed and didn't know how to multi-task, I am in the industry and was unhappy with how poorly they were working and how long it took for my order to be made. Others waiting for there orders were also upset.My burger was also undercooked, I couldn't even eat it.

Good burgers, just avoid the special sauce. It's not great & it's all you can taste after 2 bites, no more hamburger, no more onions, no more cheese, just sauce. Also, dreadful country music and not really climate controlled.
