Despite confirming twice for an event, including a few days beforehand, they 'forgot'. What an unprofessional business that cannot be relied upon to even show up, ruining a special event. HORRIBLE and should never be given business.

First of all! I tried reaching them to talk to them and explain to them what I would like to get the ice cream truck for for my camp that I run and he kept sending me to voicemail wanting me to text him only! The day that the ice cream truck was suppose to come #1 he was a half hour late which delayed the whole schedule. And #2 he just drove away with a big attitude!!! He should be embarrassed for the way he behaved! I do not recommend them at all!!!!
