So let's just say the only two things this location has going for it is the two nice young people they have working the counter. The hard coffee ice cream tasted old, like it was sitting there for weeks on end. According to the staff they are not allowed to give you a receipt for paying with cash regardless of how much one spends. The TV screen has promotions up on it that are over 3 months old. The soft chocolate ice cream was ok, so they get a second star. But really there are MUCH better Carvels across the Island. Too bad, as we really thought the staff was polite.

We bought a 36$ cake from carvel Northwest Drive Farmingdale it was almost all chocolate and had no decorated frosting like they usually have. It only had one small top of blue. It was as if someone forgot to finish making the cake and put it in the freezer to sell. Very disappointing. Will never buy another cake from here again.
