Ordered from the Farmingville for a while, figured I’d try out the Setauket location. Food was good as always, no complaints there. The pick-up experience however was bizarre.I ordered my food online, walked in, and saw several other customers waiting on their food. Assuming they’d already been helped, I waited for the girl at the counter to finish packing up an order so I could tell her my name. Well, the girl just never addressed me and made no acknowledgement that any customers were even in the store. I then realized that the other customers were also trying to get her attention to give their names and pick up their orders.This isn’t a Starbucks where you order at one counter and wait for your name to be called. Yelling out order names of people who aren’t there, and ignoring the people trying to pick up their food is a crazy procedure for this kind of take out place.I’ll be sticking to the farmingville location.

Pretty good spot here lots of menu items to choose from wings to quesadillas burgers chicken sandwiches wraps they even have pierogis which I loved! Corn fritters and rebel bites were great as well definitely will be back here to try some other things solid spot!

Ordered 60 wings the Monday before Super Bowl Sunday, for a 5pm pickup. When I got there the places was packed. No one was at counter when I arrived. Took 10 minutes for someone to appear. My order wasn’t ready. Was told maybe a 45 minute delay. After 45 minutes with no further contact from anyone in the store, I decided to leave and get wings at the supermarket next door. I called to cancel my order. Then at 8:51pm I received a text saying my order was being prepared. That’s 3hours and 51 minutes after my pickup time. This was the norm for anyone who was there that day. Seemed like the took too many orders in or was inundated with online orders and couldn’t handle that amount. The counter kid was overwhelmed with 25-30 customers just staring at him, while he had no real answer.This was not my first time getting wings from here. The wings are good! This last attempt was horrendous. Not sure I’ll go back.

Placed an order for 100 wings as soon as they opened Superbowl Sunday , took my order and phone number told me only time for pickup was 6:30 .. called for update of order and was told there would be an hour delay and when I called to see if order was ready they said didn't have order needed name and order number. Why wouldn't they have given order number or asked name when receiving my order over phone? Then was told my 6:30 pickup would be delayed so we waited to then be told we have no order, order somewhere else. Extremely disorganized and unprofessional for a wings restaurant to be so unprepared for a major event for their business. Wasted time ruined our party smh

Service isn't so bad actually pretty okay but the food sucks! Had the boneless wings which were breaded in a weird breading also had regular wings not sure of they wash them it was horrible. Fries were okay

I don't know how bad a chicken quesadilla can get screwed up but this was horrible. One bite and it just tasted like very burnt hard tiny pieces chicken. Like leather and grizzly. For what they charge for food it's ridiculous that I couldn't eat it. Waste of money.

Highly recommend this spot for take out or dine in. The atmosphere is pleasant, the restaurant is well kept and the service is friendly. There are many options to choose from on the menu and the portions are generous. The food is fresh and cooked to order. I’ve had many great experiences here and don’t usually leave reviews but this place deserves one!Dietary restrictions: They will cook to accommodate your needs
When food is good, it is GREAT, but there is a real problem with freshness. The last THREE times I visited, I got something I didn't expect. First time... rotten salsa. Literally just smell the general direction and you know to toss it, yet they served it to me. After that it was an undercoocked chicken sandwich with some off-tasting sauce. And just last night my order was not only ALL drums (supposed to get a mix unless you specify!), it was horribly overcooked. Like the drum was frayed and rock hard. I think they cooked some of them multiple times over...? About 40% of my order was inedible because of it. Fries were underdone as well. Blandest mac ever as well.I would not recommend over the competition. Low standards like these are frightening, because you don't know how bad things really are behind the scenes. For all we know rats could be bathing in the honey bbq sauce and roaches could be laying eggs in the ground beef. If the owner won't let an employee throw out expired condiments... lol.

If I wasn’t so tired I would go back and get my money. South setauket is not like farmingville!!! I went in in person ordered wings well done, fries, and a burger only mayo. 5 minutes into waiting I told the young man behind the counter that the receipt did not say only mayo and that’s what I wanted. He said no problem. I get home and proceed to open a burger with pickles, tomato, lettuce, and onions. The only thing that wasn’t on it was the mayo I wanted. The wings are undercooked. The skin was rubbery a far cry from the well done I asked for. And the fries were over seasoned. All in all I will not be returning to this establishment. 0 out of 100. I’m upset I have to give it 1 star to even post this.

Stopped by for my lunch at work, was able to get a charcoal grilled chicken wrap. It was good, and fit my diet restrictions, staff was really friendly and great service (new management) and since I worked in the local shopping center they helped me out. Highly recommend, especially if you work in the Target or Stop & shop centers
