This is one of the worst Tim Hortons. They never make drinks right. I'm going to avoid going to this location from now on.

Anne (the owner) is great! Her store is always clean and well stocked. There’s a cooler for chilled wine, and she also keeps a few seltzers, minis, and other items in there for a quick grab. Super convenient. Route 16 has tastings during the holiday! It’s a super cute but also very convenient store. My one suggestion is to have an “open” flag or large “open” folding sign for the outside. On a bright sunny Sunday, it was hard to tell if the store was open. We almost didn’t pull in, but I am glad we did.

The drinks were fine, but couldn't order a latte because they closed it down for the night they said. That it takes an hour to clean. So fine thats fine but when you close at 5ish no reason for it to be closed at 2.
Good food when they have it. Honestly, everything would be fine if the staff wasn’t so NASTY. There are a couple people that are decent, but they mostly have the personality of a rock. For sure do NOT correct them either. The whole customer is always right situation is not a thing.

Spend $100 on boxes of coffee and donuts at Tim hortons this morning for the amazing daycare staff next door for teacher appreciation week.Me being me, and trying to accommodate everyone.. asked for a few extra cold cups for the girls who like iced coffee and get told "THOSE ARE TOO EXPENSIVE TO GIVE YOU!"im sorry ma'am, WUT? ?You just charged me $100 for coffee and donuts and you want to tell me your $.05 cup is TOO EXPENSIVE.I called the day prior to pre order and asked about cold cups, and was told it was not a problem, to let the girls know in the morning. Then in the morning have the staff act like it comes out of their own paychecks.Not to mention all the bad reviews I could have left about miserable and rude staff, and never getting an order correct. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the convince of location, and the owner of the building. But this situation really made me feel like it was time for a review.
