Can't say enough about Karen! We had her make our wedding cake and cupcakes! She's so easy to work with also. Even during covid, she went above and beyond! Everyone raved! We ordered a birthday cake from her also and have had friends who ordered from her after they had our cake/ cupcakes. I'll leave it at that.

Karen did an outstanding job with our wedding cake and cupcakes. We had sampled a few places, but Karen's had a delicious, homemade sort of quality that stood out among the rest. The cannoli cupcakes and chocolate cupcakes were incredible! She listened to us and made the cake exactly how we wanted it. She even delivered the cake and cupcakes to the venue. I recently ordered cupcakes and cookies for my daughter graduation dinner. Which was not good. They was dense, dry, tasteless and frosting was horrible. The following day I contacted Karen regarding the issue. I didn't get a response from her until Tuesday asking me not to contact her . Karen never mentioned how she could correct the problem or refund part or all of my money. She simply told me before buying I should first try. Although that was good advise it was rude, thoughtless, not good business practice . If I could rate this honestly it would not be a star.Completely disappointed!!!!!!

Birthday cake was a very hard, very stale, very bad . The cookie was very hard and had an egg smell. Sorry, it all went to the trash, my guests could not eat it.
