Worked there for 4 days. Staff is very unprofessional. They do not clean things properly. There are fruit flies. Don't even recommend working there bc they constantly change your schedule. Very disappointed.

This location is constantly short staffed. The wait is always long- 2 weeks ago I waited 20 minutes for my 2 coffees and a sandwich.. Last night, even though they are open till 7, we got there at 6:15 and they had already shut down all the grills/ovens so we couldn't order any food. Got donuts that had clearly sat out all day and were super stale. Will probably be our last visit, which is too bad because we go there 1-2times a week. There's another Dunkin 3 miles down the road, we'll just go there instead.

I have shopped at this Dunkin Donuts multiple times because it is so close to my home. Admittedly the donuts are ok most of the time if they have not run out of anything (which they frequently do later in the day). Where this location falls so far short is with their breakfast sandwiches. I once stopped into the store (IE not drive through) around 8:30am to pick up breakfast sandwiches for my family and I kid you not, I was told that they were not serving breakfast sandwiches because it was too busy!?!?!?! I was not sure how to reconcile that with any sort of common era business thinking but I left and went somewhere else. I recount that event simply to preface the current encounter I had this morning. I went through the drive through and ordered five breakfast croissants... two with bacon and three with sausage. I get to the window only to be told they only have two croissants left. So I say fine... just give me the balance on English muffins. Nope, they are out of them too. It was 10:00am. So I opted for bagels and we left the drive through. I get home and open the sandwiches and I have to say... I have seen more appetizing things hacked up by my dog. I am not sure why this Dunkin location can't seem to get its quality and presentation in check. If you want donuts they seem to come through 80% of the time as long as it is not too late in the day where their selection gets limited. If you want breakfast sandwiches... maybe try another location or another business. I think the picture speaks for itself.

Order through the app. Arrived 5 minutes later. Order was not started. Associates standing around talking. Had to ask if they knew of my order. At first I was told no. Then oh yes. Order at that time was just started. It was not busy. I was the only customer in the store. Maybe a couple of cars in the drive thru.

Super slow service always. Haven't had a decent experience getting food, drinks, or gift cards from the drive thru window even when there isn't a line. Not sure what's going on here... but hopefully they can work the kinks out.

This USED to be my favorite Dunkin but after Maddie and her manager left this place is TERRIBLE no one knows what they're doing and u need a blow horn for them to hear you in the drive thru. Theres been multiple times they have no idea what I ordered when I get to the window 2 minutes after

Staff talking loudly over each other. Coffee tasted burnt. I needed toask for the cups to be filled up because they actually weren't filled only 3/4 filled, and was given attitude for asking.
