Stage 10 Hot Pepper Ale Growler
Like it hot? Our Stage beer is gauged on a 1-10 scale(These go to 11) and not for the faint hearted! Each batch is blended differently by our capsaicin immune brew master. 100% NYS ingredients including the peppers which are grown by Griff's or it's beer club members. Works great for marinating or in chili! This batch is brewed with Cayenne, Ghost Pepper, Trinidad Scorpions, and Carolina Reapers. 5.1% ABV. Must be 21 to purchase.

a local brewery that deserves more love, that’s an understatement. Griff is an honest man crafting quality NY state community sourced brews. Delicious stout and an on-point porter on draft, and he’s doing it all himself. Try it out for yourself. Praying this man can get some much deserved recognition and business again. God Bless.

Honestly one of the best places in the world. It's like a home away from home! Shawn and Steve are seriously some of the best people I know and are always welcoming! The beer is absolutely fantastic! The IPAs are the best and go down so smoothly. Always an amazing time there with tasty beer and awesome people

Stopped in last night to check the place out after an event next door and ordered myself some cream soda in a growler. First off it was great they stayed open a little past close to accomodate us. Lemme say I drank half the growler when I got home it was incredible. It wasnt heavy and over sugary and was very smooth. My only critique is that maybe it could be slightly more creamy tasting.
